I have ordered this several times in both weights and various colors. I have used it for t-shirts, yoga pants, and panties (including the bands).....all turned out great. It has an okay amount of 4-way stretch with okay recovery. It is not the soft stretchy cotton Lycra (like performance) that I like making leggings out of. This was more similar to t-shirt cotton Lycra I would say. It worked okay for mask bands through.
