This is the best for me out of drugstore and luxury that I've used, and I've tried dozens. I have it in brown and black. These are the longest wearing, super pigmented, creamiest, gel like, effortless pencils I've ever used. They sharpen to a fine point even though they're not hard and stiff. I use just the top of the tip for inner corner eyeliner and it's perfect for that. I can make very thin or thick lines with this. It doesn't budge through crying, sleeping, swimming, sweating, or wearing all day and night. The only way I can get it to move a tiny bit is if I rub my eyes really hard. I have normal skin type, for reference. I use an oil cleanser and this eyeliner needs two or three rounds of oil cleansing to completely remove. This eyeliner is my go-to for the past few years! It works great to slide smoothly on the inner layer inside both below and above the eyelash area. Because it is more like a fluid gel, this is the only part of my eyes I use this liner on. For my upper eyelid line and cat side lines, I use Revlon colorstay sharp line liquid black pen. With these two pens combined they work perfectly and you spend a fraction of the cost you would waste on more expensive products that work the same or not even as well. ... show more

This is a great rich black. 3 stars because i have use it on top of another eyeliner. I normally do not layer eyeliners but this one does not go on smooth. It does not glide on as smoothly as other liners from this brand or comparable liners from other drugstore brands. For example, loreal infallible pro-last is much smoother and just as pigmented as this one. If you wear primer this might work for you. But for people like me who do not wear lid primer, there are much smoother options out there. ... show more
