The media could not be loaded. This product did not heat my pool nor get hot at all. In fact it made my pool two degrees colder and ran up my electric bill. I had this device on for 3 days and on the forth day it stated shutting itself off every two and a half hours but still no heat. I read the only three reviews and chose to give it a try and now I’m disappointed. I even tried researching information and found nothing and contacted the Turbro company. Unless they send me another to test and it works I would not recommend or buy this again. Oh and not easy to install, you have to buy fittings to use this “heater” with your filter because the adapters it’s comes with does not fit the pool filter hoses. Not even Leslie’s pool service had the fittings.

Super noisy and it heats up to your settings depending on the weather. If it's hot outside, your water will be very cold! If it's cool/cold outside the water will be warm.

I am not having a great experience with the Manatee M20 unit I received. I installed it on 4/28, pool temp started at 61 degrees and its only up to 82 as of this writing. I live in Ohio, and ambient temps in May have been averaging around 60 degrees, my pool is inground and only 3400 gallons. This heater is rated for up to 6500 gallon above ground pool and listed with a running temp range of 23-104 degrees. I have contacted support several times, but I keep getting told that the heat pump is working as it should even though I loose temperature overnight. Based on their literature for I feel that this unit is either not performing as it should or TURBRO has significantly exaggerated its capabilities.

Purchased a Turbro heat pump for my pool from HVAC & Auto parts, had an issue with the initial unit but they resolved this quickly and provided great service. Item doesn't work. We emailed back and forth with the manufacturer who was no help. This product is to new and they didnt know what to do to get it to work. We Finally just returned through Amazon.

Okay, I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt. This is a second heater that has arrived and the box is totally destroyed. This was from 2 different companies. So I don't know what the deal is. With pool. Heaters, tutorial, the box is totally destroyed. But this one, the heater looks like it's intact, so I'm gonna give it a shot.
