Watched video on YouTube to replace sensor on my JANDY JX1 400N. Took 20 minutes. It’s located on right side of heater where water intake and outflow are located. I turned off power, released pressure in filter by opening release valve. Drained heater with a thumb screw beneath sensor. Removed old bad sensor and cut wire there. I open front panel and located where 2 wires were screwed in. I pulled new wire through and screwed in. My shortcut was. I put new sensor in and taped new sensor wire to the old one and pulled it through the right panel with out removing side panel. Saved 20-30 minutes.
