Excellent sofa!!! Extremely comfortable, and well made. I love the vibrating heat massage with intensity and sequence settings. The tethered remote is simple and easy to use. Each side of the sofa has a large side pocket that will hold the remotes and more. There is also a slim forward facing pocket under the armrest cupholder that is perfect to hold a cellphone so you don't clutter the drop-down tray for snacks/food, with 2 extra cupholders for drinks/sauces. The 2 outlet plugs, 1 USB, and 1 USBC located on the back of the drop down are very convenient and I've used them a lot more than I thought I would. I ordered this love seat for our game room about 3 weeks ago. So far I am very pleased with my choice. It's easy to assemble, good quality looks great and very comfortable. The only reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the length of the foot rest. It's great for my wife at 5'2 but for me at even 5'9 it comes up short. Over all not that big of a deal. The customer support is 5 star all the way. When I received my packages " ON TIME " all the boxes were correct but somehow the warehouse had put the wrong section in box A. I immediately took a couple pictures of the duplicate sections sent contacted customer support and within a matter of 2 hours they contacted me with updates on how they were resolving the problem. Within 24 hours they had sent out the correct section and had sent it FedEx express. 3 days later I had my package sitting at my door when I got home from work. Over all I would highly recommend doing business with this company. There products are good quality and they back up there products with GREAT customer support. ... show more

I gave this couch 5 stars because of the multiple features. Not only is it comfortable which is the most important but the massage and heat feels really good. Of course it's only vibrations but from the legs to the upper back and can be changed up by the remote for each seat. The led lights are bright, USB and 110 outlet is super handy. I really like the drawer for the TV remote and other gadgets. Took my wife and I 45 minutes to an hour after unboxing to put together. I do recommend a 2 nd person to help with installing brackets. It came in manageable size boxes and 2 separate days from UPS. These are not very large seats so if you are very tall etc you may want to compare this unit to others. We had some shipping issues, but the company responded quickly and got us the missing pieces within a few days. Once we had all the parts it was easy to assemble. It feels sold and the electronics work well. The cushions support well and the heat is very nice in the winter. The frame is sturdy and it's easy to wipe down if there are spills. Update: Still like new condition (in a motorhome) Everything still works as of 6-18-25. This is the only one we could find that had a open middle with a console that could lower or lift. We were looking for something to replace the theater love seat in our motorhome. It worked but we cannot recline all the way due to the wall behind the chair and the fact it is on a slide, so you only have so much room to put it in a tight space like that. We made it work for us as we need that full open space in the middle for our dog to sit! lol! Heat is only in the lower lumbar area and ours had an issue, but this vendor made it right and sent a replacement seat back to fix the issue. Great folks! After the buy service like that is hard to come by! We also placed zip ties on the led light strips as the adhesive was not all that great, so this secured them on either end. I added removeable headrest cushions which made these even better. AmazeCov makes a really nice one! Mechanics work flawlessly and the grey material is really soft. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY: Defective! The seller offered $50.00 off for the following issues: 1. Your statement that a certain type of charger can't be used on the furniture wasn't disclosed before purchasing. However, I have used different chargers and have experienced the same issue. I've provided photos of this issue. 2. No matter the intensity's setting, the volume is still loud and bothersome. Also, what's the purpose of having a massage feature if I'm incapable of using it as desired to simply avoid how loud it is? Again, this is another mis-step concerning the description. 3. The furniture is assembled appropriately, and the blue light does illuminate. The issue is the quality of the speakers when they are on. The sound is muffled and staticky, not clear as expected for this feature. I'd like to reiterate, I'm not asking for a full refund for the items. I'm simply asking for compensation based on my dissatisfaction and the lack of disclosure that was used in your description. As a paying customer it seems a tad bit deceptive to withhold details and not take accountability if/when you receive a complaint. We look forward to settling this matter. ... show more
