I read all the other reviews where people stated that the hubcaps broke and I thought "These people don't know what they are doing... With my decades of shadetree mechanic experience I will have no problems." WRONG. These hubcaps are very inexpensive which is why we are all looking at them. You get what you pay for and these things are really thin plastic. I cracked two in the process of installing them. They look decent from 25 feet or so and I really wanted them to protect the wheel and lug nuts from corrosion so I am going to leave them on. They will probably all come apart when removed for the next tire rotation. I eventually figured out how to get them on without breaking them. Maybe this will help you: 1) Do not hit these with a rubber mallet regardless what you see on Youtube. If you use a mallet they will crack. 2) Do not hit these with the palm of your hand (or your feet) or they will crack. 3) Eventually I wiped all the dirt off the wheel and sprayed it with silicone lube. Then I slowly worked the hubcap on with my palms pressing only on the areas with the retaining ring holder. 4) The retaining ring should be installed with the loop for the valve stem toward the front of the hubcap, not towards the axle regardless of what you see on Youtube. 5) The final retaining ring holder will not want to slide down into the wheel. You will need to push it down with your thumb while pushing the hubcap onto the wheel. You will also need to hold the bottom of the hubcap in or it will pop out. Don't get angry or the hubcap will crack. 6) Pull the hubcap gently by some of the spokes to see if it comes off, if not they should stay on while driving. Don't pull too hard or the hubcap will crack. 7) If you manage to remove these without cracking them, please share your knowledge. 8) You may want to buy 2 sets. ... show more

I put these on a gold cavaleir. They really add a great look to the car and make it look newer. My only complaint is that they seem to be cheap plastics construction but seem like they will hold up fine.

I ordered these hub caps for my sons 2004 scion xB for Christmas. I answered all the questions online to make sure that they fit. Questions like make, model, year, etc. Delivery was quick. That was about the only thing I was satisfied with. We went to put the hub caps on his car and they did not fit!! They come with a ring to secure them on tight and with that ring they did not fit. Without that ring they fell right off. One of them even broke in two places with installing. Quality was very poor. It's true , you get what you pay for. Now I'm stuck with useless wheel covers. The invoice in the box comes with a phone # to TurningPros that nobody ever answers. I have called everyday since Christmas! I have decided to just go thru the dealer and pay extra for good quality. Love the look of these. Dislike that the plastic part that hold the metal ring broke on day one and left me with only three hubcaps. Would love to be able to get just one so I have 4 again!
