The media could not be loaded. Bought these to personalize for people as gifts and requests. Although these cups are very nice, none of the vinyl I tried would stick to these which was really upsetting since they advertise that you can personalize them. Not sure what I'll do with the 12 cups that I now have. Totally bummed that the viyal would not stick. Adding this as a review for those that were thinking that could do the same with these.

These are super cute AND I got them a day earlier than expected! I got these as a birthday present for myself as I had moved into an apartment and didn’t have any cups for guests to drink out of, and they are perfect! I got these because they were the cheapest price I could find for tumblers like these, and I am so pleased with them! I don’t think they’re supposed to be dishwasher safe, which is a bummer, but I think I might try running one through the dishwasher. I’ll try to update after. These types of cups are nice too because they are usually sweat proof so you don’t have to worry about everyone using coasters. Also these are perfect for when you have a few people over and don’t want to use plastic cups, but also want everyone to be able to tell whose cup is whose. I’m so excited to use them!!

I would give them more stars if I could! I absolutely LOOOOOVEEEE these tumblers!!! I ordered them and plan to put my own vinyl decals in them. One of my lids did arrive chipped, so I asked if I could order a new lid. Instead THEY SENT ME A WHOLE NEW CUP AT NO CHARGE!! Their customer service is seriously the best. I now have a tumbler in every color. Plus the velvety outside makes it easy to grip and the cups do not sweat!

We haven't had these long; so, I cannot tell you about long term durability...but, they look and feel like they will keep well. The color and finish is beautiful! I have to mention that I could not get a picture of them all set up so cute how I had them. The plan was to hand them out LATER when it was pinata time...for the girls to fill with candy. As soon as the girls entered the room, before I made it back in there, they had all grabbed them up. LOL! I didn't even get to give my birthday girl the chance to pick her color first. But, she assured me she loved the one she got to grab! So, basically, they were a HUGE hit! LOL! We had a pastel ombre party them; so, the black and deep purple didn't get set out...but, my older son was here, so I handed him the black one; and, I have future plans for deep purple. :)

We bought these cups for our kids to use in our movie room. We wanted something that was double walled so that they wouldn't leave condensation rings on furniture. The cups were a little more money than I had planned on spending, BUT THE COLORS!!!! I couldn't pass up the cute colors. I also love the matte finish. The cups seem well made. The lids fit tight and don't leak if they are picked up quick after getting knocked over. When I purchased these cups the description stated that they were dishwasher safe(It no longer says that. It now says handwash only.) The dishwasher safe was another selling point, so I was a little disappointed in the fact that they are not. We also found that out the hard way that they are not when two of our cups were damaged in the dishwasher. I reached out to Strata about the damaged cups and they replaced them both. They were quick to respond, easy to work with, and so nice! I am happy to support small businesses, and would definitely buy their cups again!
