Very easy to use. Was afraid when I first opened it. But it easy to set time and temp. Did amazing on my first use ! Wish there was a way to get a tapered press for odd tumblers , that would be great ! Hate the gloves , the lil white things stuck to my cup.

received product and got everything set up and noticed its missing a screw that holds heating pad on and the tensioner screws are very hard to adjust, im hoping they will loosen up some over time.. have not actually used the press yet Update: Seller got in touch with me and went above and beyond in resolving this matter for me. i would not hesitate to order from them again if i ever needed to.. A++ customer service btw press preforms nicely, i do recommend it

I bought this and didn't use it for a while, so the return window has closed. It worked really well for a few tumblers, but now it stops heating halfway through and just shuts off. The instructions are not helpful, and I don't even know what the symbol being displayed on the screen means. There's no product support listed here. I'm so disappointed.

Heats up fast, works as it should. Only thing I don't like is how one side where the tightening screws are comes down further than the other. They are not even but it doesn't affect the tumbler. Would recommend!! Love the pink color.
