I'm just dipping my foot in the water of trying sublimation on tumblers, so I didn't want to spend top dollar on a hat press for tumblers. While there's a little bit of a learning curve with this I felt I faithfully on quickly enough. It heats up quickly and the temperature stays consistent. This heat press comes with gloves, tape and a mat. The instructions are clear and easy to understand.

I had this press a little over a month. Used it only 5 times. Today I go to use it. It won't heat up it starts from 68 to 70 and stays cold. I go to return and get a refund. It says I'm past my 30 days. Are you kidding me? This is not a cheap item. How dare you sell faulty merchandise on Amazon. How dare you take people's hard earned money and give us crap in return. I called Amazon and complained. I got my refund and I don't want anything to do with a thieving company like AXLIO! I'm done with thieves. The fact that they give you a 30 day return is a clear sign they know they sell junk! I complained to Amazon, they need to stop these companies from selling trash products to people. I expected better. Don't waste your money. Cancel this company ASAP!! OR YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED LIKE I WAS.
