Works good heats up fast you can do two cups at one time. Temperature only drops slightly and it comes right back to preset. Mine came with a bad heating pad, the company sent a new one. So far it’s working great.

I used this press a few times over the course of about 6 months, but it turned out there was a defect in the heating element, which can happen with any press. The seller was extremely helpful in replacing the defective part! 5 stars for their service! The press itself works well enough once you figure out the beat temperature and times for what your pressing, I just keep rotating the mugs and they look great. The smell isn't that bad as far as presses go.

I read a lot of the reviews. I ignored the negatives. So glad I did. I set the temperature for 365 F I set the time for 50 seconds I did a 32 0z stainless bottle with a 3.5 diameter and it turned out perfect. I immediately removed the transfer and ran it under water to stop the process. No bleed, no blur and my transfer did not stick to the tumbler at all.

The media could not be loaded. My 1st machine came damaged in shipping so I reached out and asked to have it replaced. I had the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE experience EVER. They advised me that replacements would take a bit longer and gave me a date. They reached out and kept me updated and when my new tumbler press arrived they reached out to make sure that everything worked good. Literally, I have NEVER had a product that the seller stood behind 150%. And, I LOVE THIS PRESS. As you can see, I was in a hurry but I used my heat thermometer and the press was perfect. The rulers make the pressure perfect all the way around. And yes, the colors are BEAUTIFUL. Highly Highly recommend this press.

I bought this to be able to customize mugs and tumblers for my family and in the future that won't be an issue. I got this blindly not doing research on sublimation inks, paper and printers required to run this ink and paper. The issue comes down to most printers don't support this style ink and paper for various reason including the design of their printers. One company does offer several models of color printers that will run this ink and paper, but you need to research. Most printer companies do make a special printer to use this type of ink and paper and are built for just that. This little-known fact leads to most people unless you're lucky enough to have the one brand that offer many printers that can run the ink and paper are left buying a printer that will run this sublimation materials. As for this machine it turns on and heats up but until I shell out for a certain printer, sublimation ink and paper I can't further test the device at this time.
