Experienced this umbrella in a crazy rainstorm and this has held up well, which I am impressed with since all of my compact umbrellas that I've had in the past has not performed well and usually gives up after a 3-day's use (some even less). This is pretty strong for a compact umbrella. Still not as strong as a traditional tall umbrella, but definitely may come close to it. I also love the carabiner feature which makes this so handy to have and keep close to you, which is important since I am a busy mom that usually don't have keeping my umbrella in mind if I am running errands and such. I have lost plenty of umbrellas before but the carabiner feature ensures that I don't have to worry about me losing my umbrella since it's clipped on to my bag. I do have to note that the size of this umbrella is not a golf-sized one, so meaning that this is not for multiple people. It's really for one person, but I have also used this to shelter my kid and I from the rain while running from the car to the store or whatever place we're visiting. Overall one of the best umbrellas. It's not going to withstand super-strong winds, but it's durable enough to withstand a typical rainstorm. Plus, it's carabiner feature gives me peace of mind that I will have this umbrella with me for a long time.

Like most portable umbrellas, this stores small and has a storage sleeve. However, what makes this umbrella unique, is the handle. It has a full slot you can slip your hand into which helps with sturdiness particularly in wind weather. My other favorite feature is that the handle opens so you can clip the umbrella to a bag strap for extra security/storage/easy of transport. The umbrella is a rich shade of blue and looks classic without being stuffy. It's become my new "go-to" in the care.

The first thing you notice is the solid feel of the umbrella in your hand, which instantly boosts confidence that it can withstand the elements. I tested it under heavy rain, and it held up remarkably well—no leaks through the fabric and no issues with the folding mechanisms. The umbrella also performed satisfactorily in light winds, ranging from 5 to 10 mph, without any signs of turning inside out or struggling against the wind. While I haven't had the chance to test it in higher wind speeds, the 10 reinforced fiberglass ribs suggest a design built for durability. I liked the caribiner-type handle for hooking it on a rod/rail for drying after use in a rainstorm. The button for release is good, durable and quickly pops open the umbrella. It also releases the ribs for collapse. One drawback for a few people might be how tough it is to compress the telescoping rod when putting the umbrella down; older people might struggle to get it completely back into its compact form.
