Nice size for a full size horse. Good shape and quality stitching. Has nice brushed cotton on the underside. This will work well with my sheepskin half pad. At this price I plan to order many more and slowly replace my other schooling pads that are showing their age. Lovely color, washes well, fits 17.5 inch dressage saddle perfectly and looks proportional on my 16.2 hand horse. I have both the "ocean" and "black" and both are nice pads. I use these pads with a sheepskin half pad. I will says that I frequently find dressage pads to be "too small" on my horse, and this is sized perfectly. So wish it was offered in a light yellow. This pad does not have the upper set of velcro straps that go around the top of the billets. Because the surface is a very slick material the pad was slipping and wrinkling after 5 minutes of lunging even though I was using the lower straps. Very cheap quality. This pad is pretty flimsy. I realize it was cheap so I guess you get what you pay for. It might be nice for hot summer since it is thin and light, but I prefer a heavier pad with more substance to it. In addition, I thought I was getting a green pad, and received a black one. Good quality, just what I was looking for - except that, yes as stated by many reviewers here, it goes LARGE. It's too big for my horse and saddle so I'm returning it! Apart from that, it's really great for the price - especially as I needed a white pad; better to be able to replace it often - How many times can you wash a white pad and still keep it dazzling white? ... show more
