  • Stamp your heart out
Material was of high quality. Easy to use and cut. Two colors for easy preference. Ink was full and saturated. Recommend.

  • Works Great, Some Cosmetic Damage
I bought this kit for a project and it comes with everything you need to build a CNC gantry, the motors work great and everything is basically plug and play. When the package arrived some of the pins on the Arduino were slightly bent, and there appeared to be some corrosion or water damage on the underside. This didn't impact functionality though, just something to note. ... show more

  • Avoid at All Costs: A Masterclass in Poor Quality Control and Terrible Customer Service
Model: TTC450 Pro
The media could not be loaded. - Fails on Basic Accuracy I purchased the TwoTrees TTC450 Pro from Amazon and returned it within a few days due to its unacceptable lack of precision. A CNC machine has one primary job: to cut accurately. This machine failed on the most basic test imaginable. To check its accuracy right out of the box, I programmed a simple cut: two identical straight lines, both specified at 3/8" wide and 2" long. I arranged them in a simple V-shape, starting from the same origin point but heading in different directions. The result was a clear failure. One of the cut lines was visibly wider than the specified 3/8" dimension (see picture). For a machine to produce two different-sized cuts from two identical lines simply based on the direction of travel indicates a fundamental flaw in its mechanical stability or calibration. If it can't handle a simple straight line, I have zero confidence it can produce anything with the precision required for actual projects. I didn't bother with further troubleshooting; a brand-new machine shouldn't fail such a fundamental test. Thankfully, the Amazon return process was straightforward. Hoping my first experience was a fluke, I ordered a second machine directly from the manufacturer during a sale. Incredibly, it had the exact same imprecise cutting problem, but even more profound. This confirmed my suspicion that the issue is a fundamental design or quality control flaw, not a one-off defect. My experience with the TwoTrees TTC450 Pro has been a month-long saga of disappointment, starting from the moment I opened the box. The problems began immediately: Missing Parts: The machine arrived with missing M3x5 screws right out of the box. A minor issue, but a clear sign of poor quality control. Mechanical Failure: Shortly after, I discovered a critical mechanical failure. The Z-axis motor would spin, but the bit holder wouldn't move up or down due to a faulty coupler. The Deal-Breaker: Even after addressing the coupler issue, the machine's primary function is a complete failure. It cannot cut accurately. Test cuts of two identical lines resulted in two different-sized cuts, one of which was larger than the design file specified. A CNC that can't cut to the specified dimensions is essentially a very large, expensive paperweight. Dealing with TwoTrees' "customer service" was even more frustrating than the faulty machine. Their strategy is one of delay, deflection, and making the customer jump through endless hoops: Slow Responses: Nearly every email from them took days to arrive and began with "Sorry for replying so late." Constant Demands for Proof: For every single issue, I was required to send photos, videos, original design files, and g-code files. It felt less like troubleshooting and more like an interrogation designed to wear me down. Refusal to Accept a Return: When I formally requested a return (well within their 30-day policy), they ignored the request and instead offered a "complimentary set of milling cutters" if I would keep the broken machine. The Return Runaround: After I insisted on a return, they presented a convoluted process requiring me to take more photos and videos before they would even provide a return shipping address. After sending the photos, I was told to wait longer while they "confirm the address with the warehouse." To make matters worse, the issue is still unresolved. It has been weeks since their last email, and I am still waiting for the return shipping address they promised. They have gone completely silent, seemingly hoping I will just give up. Save yourself the immense headache. Look elsewhere! ... show more

  • Good kit. Worked as expected.
Everything assembled & operated properly. A couple of reviews indicated they expected a genuine "Arduino" Uno. The picture only shows "Uno", which indicates that's its a compatible model as all of the 3rd party versions I've come across do. If it were an "Arduino" Uno, the kit would be more expensive. ... show more

  • Not great
Model: TTC450 Pro
The build quality seems very sturdy, it's not too loud, but the functioning of the machine is not great. It's not very hard to put together but there are several pieces so it does require some level of handy ness. The overall engraving is not what I would hoped from a $600 machine. It's kind of hit or miss actually. There are several upgrades that you can buy for this machine that I have read about that make it in an outstanding machine but unless you're willing to drop a couple hundred more dollars you might want to look elsewhere at this price point ... show more

  • Works great with a laser engraver
Took a couple tries to dial-in the settings but got some really nice stamps out of it. (REMEMBER TO MIRROR THE STAMP SO IT COMES OUT THE RIGHT DIRECTION AFTER MAKING IT!)
