The pedals are also a nice touch for exercise. The customer service is great as they delivered us a part that we needed to replace and they were fast and easy and to understand. I have almost 100 miles on this bike so you can trust me on this review. The only con I have is the thumb throttle but it using too bad that it will ruin your experience. Terrible. The QR Code directions are inaccurate and one of the pedal screws does not even fit which is a huge inconvenience. The screws under the bike seat hardly tighten. This is not my first time build a bike or ebike.
