I love my bike! I have taken a star away dur to some parts seem to have been tinkered with prior to me getting the bike. I'm not sure if the bike was assembled & then disassembled prior to being shipped, or what but some of the parts make it look this way. The directions are horrible. Pictures don't match. From what I read prior to buying, other people said it takes about 6 hours to put together. My husband is pretty handy, but it still took both of us about four. If we had not had to disassemble and reassemble multiple times due to incorrect instructions it would have taken only about 2 hours. Overall, I just didn't want to deal with a return, so I decided to keep the bike and our family loves it. We have 4 children (6, 4, 2, 4 months) and while all three of my bugs CAN fit on the back, they're definitely squashed. It's best for only 2 of them. Because the bike is so long it definitely takes some getting used to when you have weight in the back. If it's just you riding, it's just like a normal bicycle only a lot faster. It has incredible torque and power. Overall, compared to the lectric cargo ebike, I think it was a really great value and savings. The bike is comfortable and it's simple to use. I have not used it on any long trips yet so I'm not sure if the distance matches up to it's supposed to 60 mile range, but we use it daily for about 5 miles and I haven't charged it more than a couple times yet.

I did all the research. Searching reddit posts and using AI chat to compare bikes, and this is without a doubt the best ebike youre going to find under 1k. And its not even close. Rode about 30 miles on the first day on highest PAS for most of the ride and still had two bars left on battery when I got home. 10/10 on the per dollar value here.

The bike itself is well-made and was easy to assemble. It fits my 12-year-old son perfectly—small enough for him to reach the ground on his tiptoes, yet large enough that he can grow into it. It could also comfortably fit an adult. The bike feels like a great balance in terms of weight: light enough for one person to lift, but sturdy enough that it doesn’t feel cheap. Performance-wise, the motor provides plenty of power. The battery is decent, though in colder weather it does drain fairly quickly. One thing to note is that because of the pedal assist system, the bike cannot be pedaled normally when the battery is connected—the pedals won’t move unless the system is engaged. The main reason for my 3-star rating is the accessories package. I paid extra for the bundle that included a phone holder and lock, but they are not as shown in the product photos. The phone holder is just a basic metal mount that attaches to the handlebars and does not include the frame bag shown in the listing. The lock is also different from what was advertised. For the additional cost, this was disappointing, especially since I could have purchased a better phone holder separately for less. Overall, the bike itself is great, but the misleading accessories package was a letdown.

It's been a long time saving up and finding the right e-bike for me, but I finally found it. The seat is so comfortable, and the bike did take time for me to get used to, but I love this e-bike so much. Each pedal assist system has its own range of miles and goes faster by 1 level. It gives you the feeling of riding a motorcycle. It also came in the box very carefully, nothing was bent or broken, and everything works just fine. You can also save the battery life just by pedaling as a regular bike. The assembly team did a great job as well and they went over everything that I needed to know.

Awesome bike. It took me about 2.5 hours to assemble. I just took it slow and followed the step by step instructions. Once assembled, I charged the battery and waited..... It's a blast. Just had to figure out how fast each PAS setting would hit. Still getting used to the throttle on the left side, but I really like the bike. Very well built.
