I’ve been using this case (iPad Pro 11 2nd Generation Case with Screen Protector) for over a week now and below is my feedback: 1. The product quality is good and I think this case will protect the iPad in case of a drop. 2. The rocker stand holds good while in use. However, when I try to put it back in its place after use, it doesn’t stay in its slot. This maybe due to a broken/malfunctioning locking mechanism. 3. It charges the Apple Pencil very well (I use the 2nd generation Apple Pencil) and it’s easy to take out/put back the Pencil in its slot. 4. This case doesn’t block any of the cameras or sensors. 5. It’s a perfect fit for the iPad. 6. The built-in screen protector is glossy and I’d say it’s just OK (I’m planing to take off the built in screen protector and install another one). 7. Also, as advertised, this case comes with a strap to hang and carry the tablet. 8. The stand rotates perfectly in handheld position and has position locking mechanism (more than 4 positions). ... show more

Don’t waste your time! I would say money but since it was cheap I couldn’t expect much. my son upgraded from an iPd mini to the 11 pro so we wanted a sturdy case. we used the regular foam type case with the handle that doubles as a stand for his mini but thought it wouldn’t be tough enough for the bigger iPad. It looks like the pictures but just doesn’t cut it. It is very cumbersome and assembling it wasn’t hard but after all the work you go through to get the iPad in, as soon as my son dropped it once, it popped open and the iPad flew out across the living room floor. To add to that it blocked the screen from swiping up because it sticks up too much onto the screen so you cannot swipe the home bar up without trying about 3-4 times. The stand is located behind the hand strap which i thought wouldn’t be a big deal but for my sons small hands he couldn’t open and close the stand himself and it kept falling over. So I requested a refund for this item and went with the regular old trusty antimicrobial foam type case which is working just fine. This case is what I have been looking for! As a claims adjuster, I rely on my iPad for almost everything while out in the field. The pencil holder is an added bonus that I love! Slides right in the slot and stays there charging until you need it. The pivoting handle/strap on the back makes it super easy to hold for long periods of time. It also includes a strap so you can hang it on your shoulder when you aren't using it. If you use an ipad for work and you work out in the field, this case is the one for you! ... show more

After years of using an OtterBox case, I had pretty high standards for a protective case but I also wanted a strap option and the hand grip seemed like a nice upgrade. I can say that I'm completely satisfied that I made a good choice. The adjustable hand strap is an excellent feature, the shoulder strap is incredibly convenient and I don't feel like I've given up any protection for my tablet. Appreciate the hand strap on the back... makes it easier to hold the Ipad securely. The make of the case is perfect for dropping accidentally. I don't have an Apple Pencil but if I did, the slot made for it was designed to fit well without taking away from the structure of the case. Black would be a better color in my opinion but I chose the blue one...lol! The strap may work for others but not my thing. Its convenient like for a lap top bag, but I don't prefer to carry an IPad outright. I prefer to keep in a bag for extra protection and discretion. ... show more

This case would be awesome If it stayed if it stayed together. It does not seem to snap together well and as a result the pad sometimes just falls right out. I have tried adjusting the hard plastic shell and the soft plastic covering to no avail.
