The weave on these is nice and tight...but that can be a problem sometimes...(keep reading). Con's: Definitely NOT for warm weather, summer use. The tight weave doesn't breathe very well and retains body heat. Use them in the winter time when you keep the room temperature 65 degrees F. or so for most comfortable sleeping under the covers. I love them. Very nice color. It’s darker than the pictures advertised, and I’m glad it is. There are the sage green and the pictures are with the light on and natural light. I used my cream and brown bedspread as a comparison and the white countertop in the bathroom.

    • These are super soft sheets, but I can't hardly see the stripes.

Since these are for twin beds, not seeing the stripes doesn't bother me as much, but if I bought these for a queen or king it would. I really like to have striped sheets to make a bed quickly. Stripes help with knowing which direction to put the fitted sheet on correctly the first time! And when you turn over vacation rentals, time is of the essence! These sheets are soft!! Really soft! I'm not sure how long they'll last because when I empty the lint basket out of the dryer, there is a lot of lint. And I mean a LOT. But I have only laundered these a couple times so far, so don't be quick to judge yet. This is for a new rental that is not in season yet, so time will tell. But these are so soft, I would love to sleep on these, that's for sure! ... show more

The one and only down side to these sheets is that the stripes seem to have faded out after the first wash. It's not a huge deal since I only paid around $20 for these. They are so soft and comfortable to sleep in. The color isn't quite as red as the pictures, but it's fine because they are actually a closer match to my comforter anyway.
