Whether its a mountain of books indoors or a rock garden in the backyard, TRX-4M is always ready for big fun and adventure.
  • TRX-4M is equipped to take on tough off-road terrain with grippy soft-compound tires, precision-engineered 4-link suspension geometry, and smooth oil-filled shocks. High center ground clearance, big approach angles, and low CG give the TRX-4M impressive capability everywhere it goes.
  • A full 45 steering angle gives TRX-4M an exceptionally tight turning radius and extreme maneuverability in small spaces where every inch counts. A heavy-duty 2065T steering servo delivers powerful steering authority, even on thick carpet.
  • The innovative clipless body removes and installs in just seconds with no clips to lose or frustrating hook and loop tabs. Tough, highly detailed ABS bodies feature molded-in color with a deep glossy finish that wont chip or scrape off.
  • TRX-4M is the truck that goes where you want to go, without boundaries or restrictions. Only Traxxas fully-waterproof innovation gives you the freedom to drive through wet grass, puddles, and streams that force others to turn around.

Description

TRX-4M Ford Bronco is a new way to experience all the fun, adventure, and scale realism of the Traxxas TRX-4 in a 1/18 platform. TRX-4M bridges the gap between the small crawler scene and 1/10 scale quality and performance. Oil- filled shocks, steel frame rails, and a smooth running drivetrain give it true outdoor capability over rocks and through grass and streams. The tight turning radius and precise throttle control give it fantastic indoor maneuverability.

  • Fun R/C
Pretty fun little R/C for my 4 yr son. Doesn’t go that fast so it’s been easier for him to learn to steer it. Battery life has been good. Suspension articulation is orettt cool, as well as the 4 wheel drive. We played with it along a rock path in the yard and it works well. Body looks really good. It’s taken some pretty good abuse so far and it’s still working🤞 ... show more

  • Excellent car
My first RC crawler. Learning, playing and having fun. Sturdy build quality. The battery could have been more powerful to allow longer play time.

  • Solid Entry‑Level Scale Crawler That Delivers Real Crawling Performance
I purchased the Traxxas TRX‑4M 4x4 crawler with the Ford Bronco body as part of a coordinated surprise—pairing a full‑size Ford Bronco purchase for myself with a scale RC version for my son. Beyond the novelty of the shared theme, I wanted a hobby‑grade RC that would be durable, easy to control, and capable of proper low‑speed crawling rather than just short, high‑speed runs. The TRX‑4M stood out due to Traxxas’ reputation, parts support, and its focus on realism and control in a compact scale. Unboxing & First Impressions: The truck arrived well packaged and fully assembled. Included were the TRX‑4M, transmitter, battery, USB charger, and documentation. The Ford Bronco body immediately makes a strong impression—the paint finish is clean, panel lines are sharp, and the molded details give it a realistic, scale appearance. Everything felt secure in the box, with no cosmetic flaws or loose components. Build Quality & Fitment: Despite its small size, the TRX‑4M feels solid and well engineered. The chassis components are tightly assembled, suspension links are straight, and the electronics are neatly integrated. The body fits snugly with no rattling, and the steering and drivetrain feel smooth right out of the box. Nothing feels flimsy or toy‑like, which is reassuring for both long‑term durability and younger operators. Performance & Daily Use: In use, the TRX‑4M performs exactly as a scale crawler should. Throttle response is smooth and predictable at low speeds, making it easy to maneuver over indoor obstacles, books, and small rocks without sudden surges. The 4WD system provides consistent traction, and the tires grip well on a variety of surfaces. Suspension articulation is appropriate for the scale and keeps the truck planted over uneven terrain. It’s not fast—but it’s not designed to be—and the focus on control and realism clearly shows. Battery Life & Charging: Battery life has been very reasonable for the size. I typically see [your experience: ~45–60 minutes] of mixed crawling before recharging. The included USB charger is convenient and simple to use, making it easy to top off without special equipment. Power delivery has been consistent, with no dropouts or overheating. Maintenance & Upgrades: Maintenance is straightforward, and Traxxas’ modular design makes it easy to access components if upgrades or repairs are planned. One of the major advantages of this platform is Traxxas’ extensive aftermarket and replacement parts availability, which makes this a realistic long‑term hobby vehicle rather than a disposable RC. Value for Money: While the TRX‑4M costs more than many generic micro crawlers, the difference in build quality, control, and reliability is noticeable. It feels like a true hobby‑grade platform scaled down, rather than a novelty RC. Given its durability and support ecosystem, the price feels justified. Pros: Excellent low‑speed throttle control High‑quality Ford Bronco body with strong scale detail Solid construction despite compact size Smooth drivetrain and predictable handling Strong parts and upgrade support from Traxxas Cons: Limited top speed (expected for a crawler) Stock setup is better suited for smooth or moderate obstacles Small size may feel limited for those used to larger scale RCs Who This Is Best For: This model is ideal for users looking for a realistic crawler experience in a compact format. It works well for indoor use, light outdoor trails, and for introducing younger drivers to controlled, technical RC driving without sacrificing build quality. Final Verdict: The Traxxas TRX‑4M delivers impressive performance and refinement in a small, durable package. It offers smooth control, realistic scale detail, and dependable operation right out of the box. For anyone looking for a well‑built micro crawler backed by strong brand support, this is an excellent choice. ... show more

  • Quality and Value.
This is by far the best RC you could get for kids or if you just want to have simple fun. It articulates well over obstacles. This product is well with the money. It comes with the controller, tool kit, charger and reachable battery.

  • Not the color that I expected
Love this Bronco BUT I order the blue color and in reality the color is more like a dark green

  • Need more for the money
Overall it’s good but traxxas can do a better job with their parts, the diffs went out and started grinding, the stock wheels and tires are garbage

  • Fun crawler
Well built Rc. Like the Traxxas brand. Have a small space to use and the small sizes works for me.
