I had purchased my 1st of this keyboard last year-ish, and liked it, so purchased another. I was very disappointed when, within 30 days, the letters on the keyboard were wearing off on all of the most-used letters. Since I am not a touch-typist, this was unacceptable. I did not write a negative review, though. **** happens, and once in a while you just get a lemon. I get so annoyed reading reviews that pan the merchant because something broke, or didn't have all the parts, etc. Rather than contacting the merchant, they go straight to the negative review. All merchants deserve a chance to make things right. And I was, once again, glad that I gave a merchant this 2nd chance. Anyway, I filled out the return info and dropped the return package at the post office the next day. The NEXT DAY, I had the replacement keyboard - on which I am typing this review. PLEASE, whoever reads this, give a merchant the chance to make things right. Even if the item is past its return window. It costs you nothing to ask. When the battery is less than half life, the keyboard will sometimes stop working. Turning off and back fixes the problem. Keeping charged prevents it.

I purchased this and it did not light up at all and would only charge when plugged into the laptop rather than any USB port. I emailed and nobody responded so I am returning it and do not recommend it. Made in China says it all!!!

Stays charged for about 2 weeks with lites on. Like phone storage. Aways connected to Bluetooth. Perfect so far 1 month.

It is a very good keyboard in terms of ergonomics, look, feel, touch, and aesthetics. Bear in mind it’s not battery operated, the charge is stated to run out between 8-15 hours of use. My problem (and it gets super annoying after every use) is that the keyboard stops “working” every 5 minutes or so. At first I thought it was an issue with my docking station (where the keyboard’s usb is connected), so I switched it to my laptop. It did nothing to help with the connectivity. I have to turn the keyboard on and off or unplug and plug back the usb for it to power up again. See the problem is the keyboard light is still on so it’s not an issue with power. The charge - I have it plugged in all the time to charge and yet at times it blinks red three times indicating the charge is out (or whatever that means since technically it’s alway plugged in). It’s still a mystery to me if it’s an issue with the usb/charging port or some ghost fiddling with the hardware. My verdict: Pick another brand and save yourself the frustration. Also if you’re keen on having no wires dangling around (like I do) pick a battery operated keyboard coz this baby here needs to be on charge at all times. ... show more

I like that this keyboard lights up. The purple reminds me of the Ravens 💜. I thought there was a grey/white because of the pictures but it is definitely light blue. The rest for your wrists is also nice. However, not even a day into using it, the e and other keys are sticking. I'm always having to go back and push them 2x. My emails look crazy when I'm done typing with the letters missing. I work from home and this is VERY inconvenient. Nothing was spilled on it, I don't eat and then touch it, I don't even eat at my computer. With it being more than one key and no where near each other or me doing anything to cause it to stick soooo soon, it's definitely the keyboard. I wish it would stop. I'm going to have to get another keyboard or something because this is not conducive for work. I would not purchase this keyboard or recommend it (only because of the sticky keys). If I can figure out why it's sticking and fix it, it would change my review. However, there should be no reason keys are sticking within 24 hours of buying a keyboard. ... show more
