Select and make sure that [A19] is set as input device (Microphone). 2. Adjust the microphone position to be 0.79-0.98 inches (2-2.5 cm) away from your mouth. If the microphone boom is too far or too close to your mouth, it may cause issues with sound pickup. 3. The microphone may have been accidentally muted, which prevents it from picking up your voice, please turn off the mute button. Q2: What to Do If I Can't Turm On the Headset or Fail to Connect to Devices? A: 1. Headset is out of power, please charge the headset. 2. Try to reset the headset. 3.Ask us for technical support. 3. The headset can't connect to a device while it is charging. The headsct has a built-in charging protection feature to prevent the battery from overheating and to ensure safety. He says the sound is clear, and the noise cancellation works really well when he’s talking on the phone. The mute button is also very handy when he needs it. Great device! Great sound both ways! Great price! Great battery life! Light weight. Comfortable fit. I wanted to give it 5 stars, but the microphone stop working after about 9 months of use (not quite sure when I purchased it so could have been a year old). I could hear others clearly, and it wasn’t muted, but they couldn’t hear me. I’m giving the company the benefit of the doubt that it was something I did (maybe it got wet, or maybe I accidentally damaged it somehow). Since it was so inexpensive I just purchased another one (21 July, 26), but I will be watching out for everything this time and following all directions to see if it happens again (I noticed after the fact that I should only charge it for 3 hours). Very good sound quality and noise canceling ability. I am a truck driver and a 3year long blue parrot user. I really didn't want to spend over a $100 on a blue parrot headset, although you do get your monies worth from them. I was willing to gamble on these and so far I must say I haven't been disappointed. The ear muff doesn't cover your entire ear like headphones. I like that because I wear earrings and wear glasses which would make it uncomfortable to wear. I operate a tanker and you can still hear if I was standing near my pto blower. The sound is muffled on the other end, but it's as simple as moving away from the blower to continue your conversation. I like that it has a separate button for muting your call and also a toggle for turning the power on and off. Battery life is great. I usually charge it every nite b4 going to bed one night I didn't and the battery didn't get low until later in the day after using it most of the day b4. It will give you a verbal warning. It charges rather quickly 10 min charge and I was back in business for another 3-4 hours. I also like the the adjustable ban is thin enough to fit under my hard hat. I will definitely be purchasing another one of these as a backup. So affordable. ... show more

    • Mic stops working.

Bought in late October 2025 for work. They get used roughly 40 hrs week with 20-30 of those hrs spent on calls or meetings. The charge lasts a long time requiring charging about 1x week. Sound quality is very good. However the microphone has stopped working. I did notice some static a few times recently but not consistently. Worked fine in my 2pm meeting yesterday but not at all in my 3pm. I’ve tried unpairing, rebooting etc. I suspect it’s a hardware issue and can’t be fixed. I think the hardware itself wore down because the mic needs to be directly in front of your mouth or people can’t hear you. As a result you have to move it constantly to drink coffee, water or eat. It probably wore down. My webcam has a mic and people said they heard me great with it so I probably won’t get a new headset anytime soon. ... show more
