The media could not be loaded. Let me start by saying, wow, very impressed with the overall quality of this budget friendly Bluetooth headset. I am a truck driver, and I stream everything from hip hop music, to podcasts, YouTube videos, also the occasional long phone calls with the spouse. Not once has this product given me any connection issues or dropped calls. The ergonomics of this product are absolutely seamless! The main button on the side of headset lets you effortlessly answer/end phone calls, but also let’s you pause videos and/or music tracks. The smaller buttons surrounding the main button let’s you raise/lower the volume, as well as simultaneously skip/rewind tracks with a long press. The range is also very nice. While my iPhone 13 Pro Max stayed in the cab of my tractor, I was able to walk out with my headset still in use and go all the way to the end of my 53’ trailer, with absolutely no problems and still was able to listen to music. I have no doubt I could’ve walked even further without loosing any connection. It also comes with a detachable microphone, and let me say I’ve had no complaints while on a phone call about loud noises or anything. This goes to show the noise cancellation works great. Comes with a nice quality dock to charge the device on. This dock has a good weight to it, and won’t fall over when on your table or nightstand. The battery life lives up to its name , 40 hour playback time on a single charge! I would recommend this product to any professional driver, who is looking to decrease the amount of time they have to touch their phone while on the road. Stay safe guys!

This worked awesome for my boyfriend, who is a trucker, for about 5 times. Now he can’t hear anything. It’s connected and the volume and everything works (can see it on the phone) but no sound.

This bluetooth headset worked fine for taking calls from my home office. The boom mic worked well and provided clear sound to the caller. This headphone says that they are noise cancelling but I would not classify them as that. The battery life is good and will last usually a full day. For the price these are a pretty good deal. RECOMMENDED

Headset is comfortable to wear. The ear speaker sits on top of the ear, it is not a cup that surrounds the ear. The headband size adjusts but only from one side (the side with the ear piece). Whether I use the ear speaker on the left or the right ear, the mic can be swiveled around to face forward. The mic comes as a separate piece in the box so I needed to insert it into the mic port. I pushed it in until it stopped. When I tried to use it, the mic did not work. Looking closer, I could see that the mic was not fully seated (see pic). After pushing harder the mic was seated and worked fine. There is a voice coming from the speaker that says: power on, power off, bluetooth pairing/connected. When the mute button is pressed, the voice says mute or unmute. I tested it with my Windows desktop PC and ran the voice recorder app. I would say a few words then press the mute button and say a few words then press the mute button again for a final few words. When I played the recording back everything was as I expected. What was confusing was the new two tests. First test: I recorded a few words, pressed the mute button, said a few words then stopped the recording. I ended the test with the mic muted. The next test recording started and I pressed the mute button to unmute the mic and the voice said muted. I did not manually unmute the mic so how did it get unmuted? I ran the test again with the same results. You might have to run a few of these tests with the app of your choice to see how the mute status works in your situation.
