this thing is a joke. i travel a fair amount on business and typically take a traditional u-shaped foam neck pillow for long haul flights. tried this on a whim based on some reasonably positive reviews. it's a piece of junk and not work the price of the plastic amazon bag it arrived in. not only is it overpriced and cheaply made, it doesn't actually live up to its claims. the thin plastic insert is so cheap, it offers no head support...impossible to get comfortable, supported head position. and the thin synthetic material that covers the product will likely not last more than a couple of trips in the real world. moreover, if you wear OTE noise-cancelling headphones, they will get knocked off. do yourself a favor and save your money for a product that is more than a gimmick.

i couldn't figure out how to make it work so I returned. I watched all the videos and tutorials but maybe my neck is too long for this one? either way- for the price and lack of additional comfort from it compared to regular neck pillows, I couldn't justify the price. material felt great though and I really wanted it to work! :(

I thought I would be returning this, because it just didn't sit right or so I thought. However I decided to give it a try and take it on a long trip which required a 9 hour flt. Once I figured it out, it supported my neck as if I was leaning against something for support. I had an aisle seat and used this to catch some zzz's. It stabilized my neck and I could adjust the fit. It was easy to pack in my carry on and weighs next to nothing. I will definitely be taking this on any plane, train or long car rides in the future!
