Bed is very loud and had to have 2 of the 3 frames resent in which both completely bent in towards the ground and eventually had to be thrown out before even a month of use . Children sleeping in the 2 defective frames weigh 110lbs max

Was easy enough to assemble despite the included "manual" missing the pages for the top section. You do need a two-person team. A low power drill is a must for getting all them screws in, then tighten by hand with the included hex wrenches. Otherwise you'll kill your fingers using solely the wrenches. You will also need to separately purchase a foam bumper guard for the bottom railing of the top bed. I banged my head pretty badly just trying to reach for the inner section of the beds when trying to set pillows on the bed. Also, for the short plate that binds the two bottom beds together, the screws are too short and the nut underneath didn't have enough grab into the screw. A quick visit to the hardware store for longer screws, by 1/2 inch, fixed the problem. Finally, the plastic cover for the end of the square tubs at the corners won't fit because there in an internal screw in the way. I had to cut channels into them, using a box cutter, so they would fit all the way in. ... show more

Bad start. It came in 2 different boxes and arrived on different days. Pulling one in the house ripped my nail off the bed because the box was so heavy - (prob my fault - I should have asked for help) Putting this damn thing together was almost like selling your soul to the devil! I had my 16 year old helping me and even with him it was almost impossible to get this thing to go together. While trying to get it together the bolts that come with it are extremely light weight and will strip. The bars that support each bed - you need to insert on both sides of each side rail - HA - Good luck trying to get them to stay while you try and put them in the other side -- Once you have all of them in after cutting your fingers and pinching the inside of your hand you can put the rest together only to have them fall out!!!! Some pieces were dented - not a big deal - didn't think it would compromise the durability so we kept going. After 2 days of putting this monstrosity together - the top bunk WOULDN'T FIT!!! The bottom post that is supposed to line up with the top post to hold the top on wasn't even produced to be in the right place to get it to fit. Worst experience ever - now I am in the process of trying to get a refund and figure out how send all these damn pieces in a box that they will fit --- KEEP YOUR BOXES!!! ... show more

My daughters are so upset. Their dad went to assemble their bed only to have, half written instructions and parts that did not fit. The measurements were way off! Now I have to purchase yet another bed for my girls!

The majority of the steel were full of rust literally. The steel is also very weak so be careful when you’re screwing the steel or it indents. One of the items that hold the bed were also bent the it couldn’t fit into the square to hold the bed. Oh and also most of the Drew’s were also rusted… like wtf?! So yea be careful when screwing the screws into the steel the steel will bent and becareful with all the rusted pieces…. 2 stars cause I still liked it oh it’s also a two people job ... show more

This has been the most difficult bed that I’ve ever had to put together. First I thought maybe it was something that I was doing incorrect but after several attempts from other people we’re still having the same difficulties. The paint has chipped in several areas due to trying to put it together correctly. Maybe better instructions would have helped more. The bed is still not together. ... show more
