The media could not be loaded. So I’ve been using this little pc for about 2 and half moneys now. Here’s my take on it. By no means is this comparable to a fully built pc that has dedicated graphics and max storage space. I would say it’s a fantastic starter pc for someone who’s just getting into the pc world.. maybe a teen wants a pc but as a parent is skeptical to get an expensive one. This is perfect for that too. I play sims 4 and no mans sky(mainly no man’s sky). Yes it has SOME lag but not much I think that depends on your wifi as well.. the video doesn’t do it justice but the quality is nice too. It doesn’t get super high fps but it gets enough to run the game smoothly. You definitely have to tweak around the graphics in game to get it how you like it. As for noise level, this thing makes little to no noise. I don’t even notice it’s here to be honest. After hours of playing non stop this thing BARELY gets warm. There are 2 usb ports in the front and 2 in the back as well as a usbc port on the front. There are 2 hdmi ports as well. Personally, I love this thing. I really have no complaints other than I wish it had dedicated graphics but I plan on upgrading in the future so I’m not too worried about it. Save yourself the headache and just get it if you want something somewhat cheap for the market it is in and also reliable.

I purchased this mini computer for use in my music studio. It functions perfectly using the latest version of Windows. It has more than adequate USB ports, and the size of the unit is space saving. It is speedy and perfectly quiet. A great little computer!

Far from a gaming PC. It will not run any modern games at all. World of Warcraft is playable with medium settings. I bought this to play starfield. Will not run at all! Age of Empires 4 played but looked like minecraft. It is otherwise a decent PC. If I didn't already erase my old PC and get this one all setup I would be sending it back. Please remove the word gaming from the title and description. I tried many of my steam games barely any worked. Starfield wouldnt even run. This is my first review ever thats how bad this thing is. EDIT*** Sellers response: "The seller got back to me and this is their quote! "This computer can play some low-energy 2D games. If the game requires a graphics card, it may be a bit difficult to run." So if you want to play "some" low energy 2D games, this is the PC for YOU!

Linux Mint Cinnamon install "alongside" was flawless including network printer which was found without asking. No driver problems despite graphics chipset with no published Linux driver. Super fast for what I'm doing which is learning CAD. For $219 I really could not ask for a better value. EDIT: Wow, this went up to $319 almost overnight. In hindsight I would still buy it but if I were still doing research, there might be better values out there.

Update 4/20/2023: I have been pleasantly surprised with the tech support I received from this seller. I heard back from someone directly via email as well as someone through Amazon. I was provided with detailed troubleshooting instructions and their tech support followed up promptly to see how the steps worked. Initial troubleshooting did not resolve the issue and the seller had me request a replacement under warranty, which I received within two days of submitting the request. Unfortunately, the replacement unit did the same thing - would shut off on its own overnight, even if in the middle of a process. This was very discouraging and frustrating, however, tech support suggested I go into the BIOS and disable the S3 shutdown scenario and this did the trick. This little PC has been running non-stop since, and I'm pleased so far with how it is performing. I have raised my rating to four stars. Their tech support team did a great job and deserves all the credit for the higher score. Had i not had the issue in the first place, I may have given this 5 stars, but I cannot justify that given what happened - and I am guessing a lot of people would not feel comfortable doing all of the troubleshooting steps I did. Regardless, at this point I consider this unit to have been a bargain at just under $300. My previous desktop had crashed and I was having trouble finding a desktop I wanted for under $1k. This little Trigkey packs a pretty good punch in a very small housing and at a very reasonable price. Hopefully, there are no negative surprises awaiting me as the unit ages. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Like the size and ports/interface but this shuts itself off every day. Trigkey doesn’t appear to have much support info online that I could find - did find a support email address but have not heard back yet. No knowledge base or user forums I could find. Disappointed at this point. Update: got a quick response to my email with specific and detailed troubleshooting information and procedures, so while the issue is yet to be revised I am tentatively pleased with their support responsiveness.
