Material was flimsy. One of gold stand pieces was bent, one shelf had tape on it then it was painted over. Cabinet doors weren’t even when closed. By the picture it looked like one piece. I was going to stand a tv on it, but it’s not sturdy enough. Not worth the cost but it is pretty.

The media could not be loaded. I had been eyeing these cabinets for a long time and finally decided to go ahead and purchase. The instructions are standard and pretty easy to understand if you are used to putting together furniture. If you’re not handy, you may want someone to help you. It took quite a while to put together but I think that may be because I had a few interruptions. In total, I’d estimate that it probably took about 4hrs to put together. Seems long but remember, it’s two cabinets and once the doors go on, there’s a fair amount of adjusting that needs to happen. Make sure to complete step 7 before even THINKING about moving it because if you don’t, the whole thing can fall apart. It’s not as sturdy as I wish it was. A few tips. 1. I’d actually do step 8 with step 4. Basically attaching the doors to the 2x #5s while you have gravity on your side. The doors aren’t easy to attach in steps 8 and 9 and it’s better (in my opinion) to attach the doors while they’re flat on the ground. You’ll have better control. 2. I’d add some wood glue to the insides along the edges at the top and bottom to make it more secure. I will not be attaching these to my wall because I want the flexibility to move them around if I want. Once I place things in my living room the way I want, I may reconsider attaching to the wall. 3. Be flexible and make it work for you. You may have to add part i to other parts of the drawer to create gaps or closures where the parts fall short. The base is really important to get right, so if something’s off and the position is wobbly, it’s probably because the screws are too tight. Just loosen them up so that the base sits firmly and solidly on the ground. Good luck and enjoy! ... show more

I received the boxes in a damaged condition. Although product was not affected inside customer service was very responsive and willing to refund me in case it was damaged. I assembled the items and one of them was seems to be measured a bit off because it doesn’t stay firm and seems a bit unsteady. I really like the furniture that comes from this company. I have not fully assembled this item yet. I just need to put the doors on it. Right now there is a little bit of a wobble to it that I hope the doors fix. They use quality materials (no cardboard backing). I am sure I will love it once it is fully assembled. ... show more
