So, I have been having the worst time finding a foundation that lasts throughout the day and doesn't either make me look like a grease-ball or a dried up prune. After giving this ago for a couple of months I have to say this is a fantastic product, especially for the price! It has blown all my higher end foundations out of the water. Below, I will list the pros and cons: PROS: -Blends in quickly and looks like skin (satin finish with light-medium coverage). -Does not feel heavy and very comfortable to wear. -It stays on areas of my face that normally has trouble keeping foundation on. -Looks the exact same after a 12 hour day. -Keeps all of my powder products on without touch ups. -I do not get oily. -Does not noticeably settle into fine lines/wrinkles. -Is water resistant. -Does well in humidity and I do not notice it feels heavy or has trouble staying on during these days. -Mostly transfer proof. -Squeeze tube is great for travel. -Cruelty free!! CONS: -There is a very light scent but it does dissipate quickly. -There can be slight transfer if you really rub at your face hard. But I find if I lightly scratch an area or just touch my face I do not get transfer. -If you pile on the foundation, powder, or a combination of the two, that is when you will get noticeable settling in fine lines/wrinkles. But I have always found less is more in those areas of your face so just use your best judgement. I am not sure why this foundation has not gotten more attention. I have noticed smaller YouTube channels have reviewed this product and those reviews have all been favorable. But any time I seem to mention this product to other people they look at me funny because it is not well known like the new L'oreal Infallible foundation but this one in my opinion is far superior. Oh, and did I not also mention, cruelty free?!

Looks and feel like skin

Great longevity, feels light and airy but it has a tendency to sit, or group into my small lines near my eyes and in my slight wrinkles on the forehead, making them look a bit exaggerated. Could be the product I use underneath, because when I do not use moisturizer under my make up, this doesn't happen and my fine lines aren't gathering products. Sounds like a negative review, but it is a really good product, lasts forever and doesn't have the usual "smear" or dryness that other versions of this tend to have. Still using daily, but without additional moisturizer in the am! (Aveeno daily brightening moisturizer pairs well with this)

Covergirl Outlast Active Foundation is cruelty free, lightweight, sweat-proof, transfer-proof, and humidity-proof. It goes on smooth and it doesn't clog your pores. I recommend applying it with a wet beauty blender on top of moisturizer. Since it is also medium coverage, I'd recommend using concealer in places you need the most coverage. Covergirl Outlast Active Foundation applies effortlessly, blends evenly, and covers red marks, dark spots/circles, and scars. This Foundation lasts through the day, no matter what you do. Come blistering heat or hours of rain, this foundation has got you covered!

I've been using this foundation for several days and love it! What I love about it: * It applies easily and smoothly - I use a small cosmetic sponge * It covers well - my skin has red tones, and this Ivory color hides them * It has a slightly matte finish with a little bit of radiance coming through - not dewy, but not all matte either * It lasts on skin for hours * It isn't greasy and my oily skin doesn't shine through * The ivory is a pretty shade * The bottle is plastic and easy to use with attached cap * It feels good on my skin * It isn't tested on animals - cruelty free * The price is very good for what you get - I've paid $40 for Estee Lauder and this is right up there in terms of quality with Estee I'll be buying this in the future. I'm very happy with this foundation. It exceeded expectations.

I really didn't care for this product. If used by itself, you look like an old woman trying to look young. It is really thick so it feels like wearing paint on your face. It shows and doesn't last. It got all over everything I used. I ended up taking it off after 5 minutes. I'm not a big fan of Foundation to begin with, hence why my review isn't horrible.
