Update: after riding with the helmet for a few hours I wanted to identify a few other points. First, the helmet rubs my chin. I could go up a size, but then it would not fit snug. Also, the width of the lower edge is thick and attaching an intercom system is challenging. Luckily there are wires to the speakers because it popped off during a ride. Maybe some velcro with adhesive would hold in place. Still a decent helmet and I love the sun visor because I wear glasses and do not want to stop and switch between normal and shaded lenses. I rode a modular helmet on a trip and liked the versatility, especially in the hot Africa sun. This helmet was well priced and thought that I would give it a try. As others have mentioned this is good for the cost, but don’t expect name brand fit and features. That is accurate. The quick release buckle is ok, but I prefer d ring closure. Cheek pads are firm, especially along the jaw and push my mouth together. It’s not that uncomfortable, but not as good as my better helmets. The modular part moves up and down well and stays in place of you ride with chin up. One of the nice features is sun visor for when you cannot easily stop and change to sunglasses. Weight is acceptable and compares to all but my carbon fiber helmet. Overall good value for the money. You could probably even trim or replace cheek pads if handy to make a better fit.

Great Helmet for the Price! I’ve been using this helmet for a few months and I’m very satisfied. The flip-up function works smoothly, and the internal sunshield is super convenient during sunny rides. It’s comfortable, looks great in matte black, and feels safe. Definitely a good value for the money!
