I have tried just about every high quality incontinent brief available and these are one of my favorites. However, like some have mentioned in previous comments, these are indeed very thick. When they absorb liquid, they do swell considerably so I recommend these only be worn around the house, long car rides, or at bedtime because they are not discreet under clothes, or even baggy clothes. You will likely be noticed if walking around in public. That is the only downside if you are wanting something to wear discreetly in public. Wearing a thinner, high quality brief is recommended for casual public outings. The positive side of this product is that they are extremely comfortable. They fit very well and you won’t have to worry about leaks if properly fitted. These are a superior brief and do last for many many hours. They absorb very well, keep you dry, and the tapes are very strong. I have very mild bowel incontinence and a overactive bladder that I cannot control due to a spinal injury in my youth. I drive a lot for work, and finding an accessible restroom quick enough isn’t always easy! These allow me to be worry free from any embarrassing accidents I might have without proper protection. Also, I like to stay clean and these definitely help with odor until I can change. Although these are expensive, they are worth the money and you absolutely do get what you pay for. Dear hubby has IBS-D, and his flare ups cause rapid, unexpected poop explosions that can happen anywhere, at anytime, so diapers are medical necessity for him. These diapers do an excellent job containing his messes and keeping him dry, day and night. In the past he would try removing his diapers to use the potty, which often led to accidents, torn / ripped / damaged diapers (that would have otherwise been fine), and diapers put back on improperly so they’d leak stuff all over the place anyway. His attempts at using the potty caused more trouble that it was worth, and we used up as many (or even more) diapers than if he just used them in the first place. Out of frustration, I eventually insisted that he just use his diaper for everything, and to not to fuss, or tamper with, touch, or take it off, and that I will handle his diaper changes so he doesn't have to worry about it anymore (he was horrible at changing himself anyway). I couldn’t be happier when he finally stopped fussing and started using his diapers! I now keep him diapered all the time, and even got rid of all of his underwear, since he won't ever be wearing those anymore. We no longer stress about him having accidents (which happened more than I care to remember), especially when he’s away from home. They are expensive, but worth it to keep him in these super absorbent diapers. He typically only needs about 4 (sometimes a few more) of them per day. They fit him perfectly (he doesn't fuss or touch them anymore), and they are easy to change (these tape on so I can keep his shoes / pants / jammies on for diaper changes). We both sleep so much better now that he's using his night-time diaper and not getting out of bed multiple times each night to try to go to the bathroom (he’d always wake me up and then I’d have trouble getting back to sleep again… grrrr). I make sure to change him into a fresh diaper after breakfast, in the afternoon, before dinner, then right before bed. I check his diaper from time to time (just a quick sniff and a squeeze so he hardly notices), but usually just 4 changes are sufficient unless he's having tummy troubles or a flare up, and then I'll change him more frequently. Our lives are improved with him in these diapers! We like the new light blue color option (so they stand out from his other diapers), but they would be much better if they included wetness indicators, and a symmetrical design on the taping panel so I can tape them up perfectly every time! I subscribe to these diapers (and NorthShore MegaMax) so we won’t run out. I wish these came in cases, and that I could use our HSA through Amazon for these expensive diapers though! ... show more

    • Can hold an incredible amount of fluid!

These work great, they run a little on the smaller side, but the tapes hold really well. Dry 24/7 run on the bigger side if you need something slightly larger, or just go with a larger size. For liquid containment I have not seen another brief that can hold what these can, they are perfect for overnight use. Squeeze out is non existent until they get fairly full. Odor control is fairly good. These are very thick and are a bit noisy. I don’t care personally but if that is of a concern thought I’d mention it. These are nearly an all day diaper - I typically don’t need to change until mid afternoon after several wettings. ... show more

I’ve been wearing diapers for over 15 years and have tried pretty much everything out there. These by far surpass everything else. I normally wear megamax, but will be switching over to to these. Super comfortable, quiet plastic and will hold up all night. I normally need to change while I’m out on long trips and will carry 2-3 diapers, but I could feel Confident just bringing one of these. I have not tried them with a booster yet, but have not had the need. It gets hard to walk by the time it needs changed. Thanks for an awesome product! ... show more

It,' a great product to use all day, I suit up and can paint all day without the worry of every 15minite potty breaks.they are a little hard to walk in due to their thickness you more or less "waddle " but I don't mind, they work! ~! no leaks a little spend thou.

As a young person with incontinence, finding good products that can keep up with me can be difficult. I'm fairly active so finding something compatible with that can be a challenge. These are definitely a perfect diaper to wear at night time as they are extremely thick and absorbant with a durable plastic backsheet perfect for keeping leaks and odors in! They are also very durable as well and won't rip or tear. Tapes are strong as well. I would say the only downside could be that they may be too thick for their own good! I have work these 18 hours on a plane and they still had room to go. Almost beyond what someone would need but extra is always better than not enough. The other downside that goes along with that is discretion. Of course wearing proper clothes can go a long way in keeping incontinence products discreet but many might find keeping these hidden a challenge as I did. These are quite bulky and noisy. But again if you have sever leakage as I do then sometimes that's what you need and it's ok! Overall would recommend to anyone with severe bladder and/ or bowel issues as long as they understand the thickness and noise aspect. ... show more
