This umbrella is super sturdy even in strong wind. It has a nice broad coverage. It’s a bit large for my crossbody bag, but it still fits. I love the peacock design- so pretty!

Instructions say clear at least 3 feet in front of you before opening the umbrella--important! Push the button and this umbrella opens with a fast whack. I ordered yellow so motorists can see me walking in the rain, and it is a good bright color. Had to struggle to get it back into the carrying tube. Haven't use it yet so can't comment on its ability to keep rain off. Note: it is 13 inches long, and a bit heavy for a compact umbrella but seems sturdy.

I had an original inverted umbrella but lost it. It was long and not easy to carry. This one will fit in my purse. I used first time the other day and it really opens up big and opens fast. Also closes fast, keep your finger out of the way. The little bag that it is supposed to fit in is useless because it is way too small and did not fit in all the way. That doesn’t matter to me though. Happy with it so far
