    • Not for the thin of wrist
It's difficult to tell from the pictures just how large this watch is — a whopping 44 mm. The size is not listed prominently in the product description, or if it is, I didn't see it, and so I was surprised when I opened the box. It's huge. OK, so that's the style. I suppose even people with small wrists, like me, are wearing large watches these day. However, the wood band is designed such that a maximum of only four links can be removed, even by a jeweler. Consequently, even with the band now at its smallest, the watch slides around uncomfortably on my wrist. It is indeed a beautiful piece, lightweight and charming. But because it can't be sized enough downward, I don't recommend it if you have a thin wrist, even if you want to wear a large watch. ... show more

I bought this for my boyfriend for Christmas. He is a carpenter and he is not one to wear jewelry of any sort. He absolutely loves this watch. The quality is great, the watch is unique, it looks just like the picture. I would buy another one in the future.
