Works great so far. Did notice after putting a level on the belt it is already an inch lower in the back. Probably equates to a 2% pre-incline. Put a 1inch thick board under the back feet and it's level.

    • Incline doesn't work
The Incline doesn't work. You can hear the motor run, but it doesn't elevate the track. The warranty & Customer support says to "contact us via the email on the cover". I looked the whole booklet over and even the cover on the box, there is no email or any other information about the company except the address on the last page. I would like to have it fixed. If I don't hear from someone I will have to return it. It is now a few weeks later, the company did get back with me and made me satisfied. I did give it three more stars. ... show more

I entered my sex, age height and weight. But, every time I turn the treadmill off and then go back to it do do another workout I am back to being a 25 year old male who is 67 inches tall and weighs 154 lbs (the default). This is REALLY annoying because calories can not be properly calculated for a 115 lb woman using those settings. It was also not an easy setup. Thank God I didn’t attempt it coz the Amazon guy told me he would have had to leave if I started taking it apart. It took him a while, too, coz one of the metal support braces was bent and a plastic bumper wouldn’t go on. So much for “four screws”. 😆 ... show more

    • You get what you pay for.
Like others who have purchased this piece of equipment, we had an issue with the incline hydraulic. It worked for about 2 weeks then got stuck at a 3 percent incline. The computer was registering an error so none of the troubleshooting solutions worked. The manual says to contact the company via the email on the cover--which wasn't present. No email anywhere. I tried to contact the company through Amazon but never heard back. Luckily I found a solution! The motor for the hydraulic and the motor for the walking belt are independently wired. The treadmill works fine without the hydraulic motor plugged in, so I took the hydraulic completely off. So, it no longer inclines, but we can still use it. I also may have figured out why it failed. All the gears that turn the hydraulic are made of plastic. One simple gear bend or break and there goes the hydraulic motor. You get what you pay for. ... show more

    • Rough start but ended well
At first i was confused with assembly but it came a little damaged. If the incline does not work. Take the cover off and reset a little black button. Customer service was great and were kind enough to give me a little credit refund for the Inconvenience

    • Incline doesn’t work
Incline does not work, I don’t even hear the motor running. Hoping to get this fixed somehow or some money back. Pretty frustrating :(

    • Powerful treadmill
The treadmill came on time as expected and easily to assemble. Packaged nicely and zero damage. It works beautifully and very quiet. Love the automatic incline. Simply perfect for small spaces. Happy with my purchase.
