Of all of my recent travel purchases this was the most important one. It's not the flyest looking bag ever, but I just really really did not want to deal with the possibility of losing my passport, pickpocketing, etc. etc. It has good organization and just enough pockets so that I could organize what I had and not have to search for things. For the most part I wore it normally around my neck, over my shirt was comfortable and unobtrusive. It felt secure on my neck and it also never felt like it was going to just fly open. My one knock against this bag is the top closure is solely Velcro. But that said the Velcro is strong. I even wore it under my shirt one time and it was still reasonably comfortable. Most importantly my items were safe on my person. I was very pleased with this purchase overall. It made my travel much easier.

UPDATE:The Neck Pouch Neck Wallet WAS WONDERFUL. I don’t know how we would have made the trip without it. It held my passport, credit cards & money PLUS shot records and boarding passes. Since my hands were full of carry-on luggage, the Neck Pouch was so freeing, because everything I needed was right there – no searching or holding up the line. This was very important since trip involved 7 flights. Otherwise, the Neck Pouch dropped behind my shirt and was invisible. It is lightweight and very comfortable to wear, with an adjustable neck strap. The Product is very well-designed, well-made and looks smart, too. And the VENTURE 4th Customer Service is THE BEST I have ever dealt with – bar none. After our trip, the stitching on a section of the Velcro had come undone. I contacted VENTURE 4th and within days, I had a new Neck Pouch, at no cost to me and NO HASSLE. Once, again Patricia, one of the co-founders, took care of everything and followed up to be sure all was well. I cannot recommend the VENTURE 4th PRODUCTS and the COMPANY high enough. It deserves 10 stars and YOUR BUSINESS. You will not be disappointed because Patricia will make it right. ORIGINAL REVIEW: I just received the Neck Pouch Neck Wallet to hold my passport, credit cards, money and other travel doc for an upcoming trip to Peru. Fresh out of the box, the quality of the Pouch is great and it holds all that I want to take. It carries a life-time guarantee and you can either register online through a "Messenger" Chat or, if you are a senior like me and don't know what that is, you can call the VENTURE 4TH Customer Service No. The rep said she would take care of me and in a matter of minutes I received an email reply from one of the co-founders, Patricia. She had already registered my Pouch for me and provided a nice discount code that I could use on future purchases. So, I went right back to Amazon and ordered a 2nd Pouch for my husband and a money belt. Good Customer Service is often hard to find and it is a pleasure doing business with this company. I took this bag on a trip through Scotland, several years ago, and it was an essential travel item. I misplaced my first one, so I had to order another for an upcoming trip to Europe. I like the size, weight, and numerous secure pockets. I carry a Field Notes book, a pen/pencil combination, passport, international driver's license, cash, ID, etc. in this and nicely organized. The one negative is the ID window on the front does not have any way to secure it, but that's the only thing I would improve. Carrying it is comfortable, both inside and out of clothing. I'll be certain not to misplace this one, but if I do, I'll buy another.

Product arrived on time and was in good condition. I ordered it mainly for the RFID protection and the convenience of having your travel documents easily available when worn around your neck. Well designed, and light weight. I can put one item per pocket and not worry about other items falling out accidentally. The only unknown is how durable will this be over time.

I did not use this product. I have been searching for a hands free bag for travel that reduces my risk for being pick pocketed. This product is well made, but the straps are NOT adjustable and are too thin for me. Instead, I decided to purchase a crossbody belt bag. I can purchase an inexpensive RFID wallet and put it in the bag. It can hold everything a neck purse can, come in a size not too large, and be comfortable. I plan to wear it under a jacket. The neck purse might have the advantage of being able to hide it under a shirt or blouse. The crossbody bags have wider straps. I might end up with Lululemon, but Amazon carries similar products. These bags are common and do not signal tourist. I did see other over the shoulder bags, but they were too big or oddly shaped. I hope you find this helpful.
