Perfect to secure my purse zippers. While traveling these little zipper locks worked out great for keeping wandering hands from being able to get into my purse. I was able to use one of the larger locks to connect both my purse zippers and locking them into place by passing the lock through the metal strap holder and the each end onto one of the zippers. It worked perfectly. It was easy enough for me to unhook but would have been problematic for a pickpocket. The locks seem to be made well, come in three colors and two sizes. I admit, I like the larger lock better and use them more but the smaller locks are good for securing backpack double zippers or those on a suitcase. Gave several locks to my friends who were equally impressed. Good price.

Came across these while looking for something else.; didn't know anything like this existed. I've been using them on my backpack as I sometimes have to walk away from where I have it. It's not thief proof; someone could just grab the backpack & run but where I am that's unlikely. But with these no one can just unzip the bag & grab what's inside.

This is a very nice set of zipper clips that can be used in a lot of different ways. I have a good, warm winter coat where the main zipper lost its handle some time ago. It’s been really annoying ever since, because I have to grab what’s left of the slider to zip the coat up, and then it just wants to slide back down again, because there’s no locking mechanism without the original zipper handle. The product description does mention that these can be used to replace lost zipper handles. I don’t know whether the problem I had was a lack of coordination on my part or whether my particular zipper slider had a hole that was just too small, but I was not able to get one of these clips into the hole in the slider. I needed something that was quite thin and long enough to go all the way through the hole. I tried several times with both clip designs and got nowhere. Well, I also had trouble opening the box that these came in, because I could not see that it was taped shut with a very small, transparent bit of tape. So it's conceivable that someone else could have attached the clip to the slider, but it sure doesn't look like it has anything thin enough and long enough to work. I finally decided to use a paper clip, and I was able to insert the paper clip wire all the way through the hole in the zipper slider. And then I could attach one of these zipper clips to the paper clip. The result looks pretty silly, but it’s a lot easier to zip my coat up. I suppose I could use only the paper clip, but the zipper clip is a lot more comfortable to use to pull the slider. And for some reason, even though there’s no locking mechanism, the slider stays up better. So it's definitely an improvement. This was not ideal for the specific use and specific garment I had in mind, but the zipper clips are well made and look very nice.

Love, love these and appreciate the feeling of security I will have with my bag. Lightweight and black blends in with the zipper color, so they are not easily detectable. Easy way to "lock" my backpack as I travel.
