I’ve tried many different preworkout products over the years. The downside is when something works as its intended, it usually ends up discontinued or banned for one reason or another. This product is great. It mixes easily and tastes fantastic (Tropical Punch). I enjoy the feel of beta alanine and this stuff is the hardest hitting out there that I have tried in years. Great value for the money considering the dosage of the ingredients when compared to competitors. I love that it doesn’t have caffeine and it’s still more than capable of giving you that surge of energy to delay fatigue as long as possible. I’ll definitely purchase again.

Flavor Name: Strawberry Lemonade
First, I was pleasantly surprised by the flavor. Some of the reviews here had me dreading it, but I've tried both strawberry lemonade and blue raspberry, and can happily report that they're both decent. It's about the flavor you'd expect if Monster Energy made a strawberry lemonade or blue raspberry flavor....not something you'd drink for fun, but if you can handle Monster, this will taste fine. As for effectiveness, I bought both Lean and Stim-Free, and both of them make an immediate and noticeable difference. I can't yet comment on long term gains, but what I can say is: After taking Lean for just a week, I added two reps for both pull-ups and bench press, and that's after being stuck on a plateau for bench for the past few weeks. I was also massively more energetic during my initial warmup. I also took Stim-Free before a morning jog. I noticed a clear tingling sensation in my face and chest, which is one of the potential side effects associated with greater bloodflow. I'm not a very good runner and usually get lactic acid pain pretty quickly, but during this run, there was no lactic acid at all, which is one of the main benefits that Stim-Free claims. I felt purely limited by how hard I was breathing and not by muscle pain. One week in and I'm already a clear five stars. I'll check back in once I have evidence of long term gains.

Wanted to switch to a Stim free pre-workout. Transparent Labs seemed to have a good, long standing reputation, but this is the first time for me using any of their products. Will not be the last. Great, lasting pump. Seemed expensive at first but always look deeper into the serving number. Someone may say more servings per container but 2 scoops to get what you need from one here. Taste is good. Fine powder that mixes well just shaking or stirring with a spoon.

Absolute trash. Felt like I’ve been ripped off after taking this trash. I’ve been in the gym over 20+ years and have taken many pre-workout supplements and this one is one of the worst. Taking a whole scoop made me nauseous and ended having a bad workout and left the gym. Took a half scoop the next day and could have went to bed. There’s no happy medium and it clearly does not work. Still have a full can that’s just collecting dust as I bought this back in February

As someone who has taken pre workout for the better part of 15 years, I was a fan of this non-stim version when doing a caffeine fast. It tastes great and the pump effect is real. Add a bit of salt for added flavor and pump.

I've been testing out different pre workout brands for a while, and I've yet to find one that has good ingredients and tastes good at the same time. And if you couldn't tell by the title, this only checked one of those boxes... First off, the ingredients and macros are amazing. While it doesn't have caffeine, this brand is great if you're trying not to intake junk ingredients. The only thing keeping this from a 5 star review is the taste... At first, it seems nice as it tastes like strawberries and cream, but as the days go by, it really grows on you. It quite literally makes me shiver and sometimes gag. As for in the gym, it's relatively "ok". I haven't noticed any improvements since I've started using it (1 month ago), but that's most likely due to the supplements I've taken before. If you never had pre-workout before, this should be pretty effective, but be aware of the itchiness from the beta-alanine. On money, I'd say it's pretty good. Compared to other brand like Genius, this is a lot better value for money, even if it tastes a bit worse. Overall, PLEASE double check what flavor you're getting and if you truly want it. I've only had the Peach Mango and the Strawberry Lemonade, and from my experience, please don't go for them.
