Overall, this is a very solid stim-free pre-workout from Transparent Labs. The formula is clean, effective, and delivers great pumps and endurance without any caffeine or jitters. It mixes well, tastes good, and I really appreciate knowing exactly what I’m putting into my body. That said, the powder is extremely fine. When scooping it out, it tends to puff up into the air, and if you’re not careful it’s easy to inhale some of it. Not a dealbreaker, but definitely something to be mindful of. Despite that minor issue, it performs exactly as advertised and is one of the better stim-free options I’ve used. Just scoop carefully.

I’ve been using transparent labs products for over a year now a little pricey, but worth it if you train regularly. Awesome, clean an effective product. If you want to bulk up you will get that pump if you’re leaning out like I am to have a more athletic look, works great but of course with any product you take, nutrition is 90% the battle. You will get the tingling effect for a few seconds, but goes away quickly. I’m 59 years old and do hiit and metabolic conditioning style training. I’m a big proponent of kettlebell which I have been doing for over a year now. When those workouts get intense, I’m able to push through and go a little further, which is great for those heavy days if you will. Basically stim free does the job when it comes to pump and energy to get the job done. I do recommend cycling off after you finish your tub for about 7 to 10 days, it’s just what I do and works for me. So if you like stim free, do the subscribe and save which I recommend.

I wasn't expecting much from a caffeine-free no stim pre-workout this stuff comes on strong energy, "tingle," no buzz I've seen reviews complaining of the taste, I purchased the Tropical Punch, nothing wrong with the taste but if you're used to sweet sweet Kool Aid and strong sugary flavors be prepared to be disappointed, it's a mild fruit taste, not too sweet ... is it a little grainy, yeah ... it's not a dessert, it's a pre-workout mix, I'm giving it five stars for doing what it's supposed to do and tasting/mixing way better than I expected Takeaway, the taste is not unpleasant, and if you want it thoroughly dissolved use a blender and warmer water, I use cold water and hand mixer, a little grainy, not too sweet, not overpowering flavor, gives good energy lasts a long time

It’s a good product considering it’s a non stim pre. Taste is really sweet and strong but that’s kind of expected, it was not a problem for me. It didn’t make my stomach upset, no headaches or pre workout crash. It does cause a tingling sensation but I don’t really mind it. I also take it whenever I need a pick me up to focus at work, since I don’t drink caffeine. It does help me focus. I don’t have it everyday so I feel like it’s a good value for the money. It helps my workouts for sure but it’s not as powerful as regular pres.

I've been testing out different pre workout brands for a while, and I've yet to find one that has good ingredients and tastes good at the same time. And if you couldn't tell by the title, this only checked one of those boxes... First off, the ingredients and macros are amazing. While it doesn't have caffeine, this brand is great if you're trying not to intake junk ingredients. The only thing keeping this from a 5 star review is the taste... At first, it seems nice as it tastes like strawberries and cream, but as the days go by, it really grows on you. It quite literally makes me shiver and sometimes gag. As for in the gym, it's relatively "ok". I haven't noticed any improvements since I've started using it (1 month ago), but that's most likely due to the supplements I've taken before. If you never had pre-workout before, this should be pretty effective, but be aware of the itchiness from the beta-alanine. On money, I'd say it's pretty good. Compared to other brand like Genius, this is a lot better value for money, even if it tastes a bit worse. Overall, PLEASE double check what flavor you're getting and if you truly want it. I've only had the Peach Mango and the Strawberry Lemonade, and from my experience, please don't go for them.

Definitely gives you the tingly’s and if you breath in the dust you will be coughing😂 helps quite a bit with clean energy without caffeine because I usually work out around 6pm. Although I will say if i take it that late in the day I had trouble getting to sleep. But otherwise its a great pre!

This works well for me. I can definitely feel a difference in my workout. I'm able to get a couple extra reps in with less rest between sets. Also helps me focus. I didn't experience any of the side affects listed by others (nausea, tingling, etc..), however, because I tend to have a hard time getting enough sleep, I only use 1/2 the dose and limit my coffee intake to 1/2 cup in the morning before workout. I use the Tropical Punch flavor and it tastes better than I was expecting. Can't comment on other flavors. It does have Stevia, which I personally don't care for, but I don't notice it in this brand/flavor, but again, I only use 1/2 dose. In the end, everybody's different so you just have to take all the reviews with a grain of salt and try stuff to see if it works for you. TL is kind of on the expensive end and it would be nice if they didn't include natural flavors, but on the balance I'm happy with it and will continue to use it. I'd recommend to others.
