I've bought this tape a few times to seal all my windows and doors up for winter. Very satisfied with this tape. It is a little thick but applies very easy and seals up the gaps. It gets very cold in the mountains where I live and I try to seal up the smallest gaps. This tape works great and stops the draft coming in. In the summer the tape comes off with no sticky residue. I highly recommend this tape. I use to use the caulk that you roll out. That got messy and didn't really stick in cold weather. Great price and fast shipping. Small business approved.

This tape is thick and feels very reassuring. When applied it is very clear and easy. I loved working with this more than any duct tape I've ever used. It's good, has the proper amount of adhesive. Hopefully it lasts long.

It seals really well. However, it does remove some of the paint and leaves a sticky residue. Now I have to remove the sticky residue and do some touch up paint. Not ideal to have to do this every season.

Used it on my living room window. I just rented a nice little older home. One of the windows in the living room won’t close enough to latch. The gap is large enough that my curtains move when the wind blows strong. I remember when the only way to seal off a window was to use a sheet of plastic. This tape is great. It covers the areas where the air leaks in without looking like you have tape or plastic all over you windows. I recommend it to my daughter who has a closed in porch with a few windows that get drafty in the winter. I tried leaving a picture but the app won’t let me right now.

We have an old house. Some of the windows are a little, shall we say, "gappy". In some places this is approaching half an inch, or about a centimeter. To apply, I first dust off the area. If needed, I clean with rubbing alcohol and paper towel, taking care not to leave any bits of paper or other residue. Sometimes this takes multiple passes. Then I simply cut a length, keep it under tension to make sure it doesn't stick to itself, line it up over the gap, and press in to apply with even overlap on both sides of the gap. It sticks and seals very well, and isn't particularly visible though we do keep the blinds down which covers it most of the time. There is some flexibility and stretch so if you need to go around inside corners to some degree. Is it expensive? Yes and no. It's better than every other product I've used, and I think it more than pays for itself. And that includes repainting, which is almost always necessary because though the adhesive doesn't leave much residue if any, it will remove paint especially paint that hasn't been properly prepped. So if you don't need to repaint, this is a no-brainer. Even in my old house I'd rather have to repaint than replace the window (so I should probably fix it at some point).
