We absolutely love this trampoline! It was delivered on time and well-packaged. Assembly was pretty straightforward with the clear instructions. The materials feel strong and durable — the frame is sturdy, the mat has great bounce, and the safety net is tall and secure. My kids (and even the adults!) use it every day. It keeps them active and happy outdoors for hours. The ladder is a nice bonus and makes it easy to get on and off. We feel very safe with the enclosure design, which keeps everyone from falling off. This trampoline is amazing. It’s safe a sturdy. Directions were a little hard to figure out at first but after some time we understood what it was trying to say. The plastic bumpers do melt in the sun so I would highly recommend placing the trampoline where sun does not directly hit it or near a window that reflects the light. ... show more

Trampoline has a hole in it noticed during assembly. The net had to be looped with a string - doesn’t seem very safe as the home for he string is just the net. It doesn’t have extra support to prevent ripping.
