The mask does what it is designed to do. It restricts air flow, I'm not sure if this has any real benefit for training. The front seal okay on bearded face but I'll say that when I sweat I find the mask slides down and I need to push it back into place.

Bought this because I was a big fan of the mask back in college. The strap on this is just kind of funky and never seems to fit quite right, I never had that issue with the original (I bought the same size as my original and based on the size guide). The ability to change resistance on the go instead of having to swap anything out is great. I would be more interested in using regularly this if the strap allowed for a better fit and I didn’t have to keep adjusting it every few minutes.

So i paid for my mask and got it the next day. Go Amazon right? Haha. But the size chart goes off body weight which is not good. I weigh 175 and that put my size at a medium. But it's to big. I should have ordered a small. My hat size is 7 1/4 which is probably how the chart should work rather than going by body weight. I would like them to send me a small size free of charge due to there faulty size chart but i have not been able to get ahold of them.

I personally loved it. I don’t use it too frequently but it’s definitely a comfortable fit. Made the mistake by my part of getting it a size bigger than I should have but still fits me fine. I sweat a lot but it handles sweat just fine

So i been using this mask for a little over two weeks. The mask reduces the airflow making the lungs get stronger. I started with 3 clicks and by the following week i was half way closed. Depending on how humid it is i have to open it up a bit more. I do one day no mask a week and i feel like i have more stamina and can breathe better. Well or course i can without the mask but what I’m saying i can last longer on my cardio, my overall performance has improved. This is just my opinion. I seen reviews calling it a gimmick, but i used it and i feel it had helped me At least feel like I’m getting a bit more out of my workouts. The only problem with the mask is the ear holes are very annoying. They dig into my ears making me have to adjust often or having to just take my ears out of them. The issue with that is the mask won’t stay sealed properly. Besides that i like having the mask!
