Like the product but can't understand why the light displays is attached so that when it is plugged in has the display underneath. You have to get on your knees to see what is displaying. At least you do for my Ford F150. May be different for other Vehicles.

I do see the reviews about it being “built upside down” but it’s normal, some are build upside down from factory on the trucks, Just gotta work around it. I work for an equipment rental place and it’s saved the headache many times of “your trailer is the problem” and that has also led to “your tool is also broken” lol. also lets customers know their wiring needs some attention. Great tool for the price. Works on fords, GM, Chevy (I know, same thing), jeep, Cadillac, Toyota, ect ect. Will buy again when this one breaks. I used it on average 3-5 times a day, has been rained on during use and still is fine.

It's a great way to test your lights without hooking up a trailer. Plug it in and have someone run through the turn signals, brakes, etc while you watch the lights. Or, in my case, I set my phone on a tripod and videoed the tester as I ran through the tests myself. Simple to use.

Very nice tool, I was able to pinpoint where I had a problem before setting out on the road with trailer in tow in my Nissan Titan. This hooks right up to light plug on pickup. Ideal to use this after sun goes down as it is much easier to see in my opinion. This is also good to have on the road while traveling,so you can periodically check your truck if something does not work on your RV or trailer, this is a big help in diagnosing a problem.
