This is a very good umbrella for the price. It's sturdy and well made, doesn't feel cheap, and the open/close mechanism is responsive and quick. It provides good coverage without being huge and hard to walk around with, folds up to a pretty compact size, and the handle is comfortable to hold. It's easy to get back into the slip it comes in, and I like the elastic cord that I can sling around my wrist while holding it. I'm really happy with it overall. I really want to highlight the outstanding customer service of TradMall. They stand behind their product, and care about customer satisfaction. I had this umbrella for over a year, and had used it quite a few times. It held up well in average rainy weather, until last week a sudden strong gust turned it inside out for the first time, and the material tore away from one of the ribs. These umbrellas have a lifetime warranty, so I emailed TradMall and told them what happened. I wasn't even sure they'd answer, but I had a reply within hours. The customer service person I spoke with (Tracy) was friendly and professional, and by the evening of the day I sent the email, they'd placed an order for a replacement umbrella, no questions asked. It arrived today, just a few days later. I couldn't be more pleased with my experience, and I definitely recommend this umbrella.

My umbrella broke on the second use. I pushed the button to open it and the mechanism completely came apart. Trying to get a replacement but emailing customer service did not work.

Fantastic umbrella! I researched and chose this one and I'm glad I did. It is very sturdy. I didn't care much about the size but it is small enough to easily carry around. Not very heavy. Pops up very, very easily. Some reviews said it was hard to close which is partially true but every sturdy umbrella I've had was a bit hard to close. It is because there is such a sturdy mechanism inside so you have to push it a bit from the top until it clicks when closing. I don't see a problem with that. Love it!
