I haven’t had to remove the battery to be charged in months! This actually works great! My battery stays at 100% most of the time. It even charges on overcast days when the sun isn’t that bright. I’ve included a picture from my camera app showing the battery fully charged.

I bought this with the camera, but had not yet used it. One day the camera was at 26% and I decided to just go plug it in. I laid it on a base facing the sun, not permanently installing it. My camera got up to 100% a few days later. I decided to unplug the panel to store it inside. I am wondering if it can power other things? It seems very efficient and well built. ... show more

Purchased with c425 package deal. Charges quick. I left it out for I finally day prior to install. Solid unit good performance. Within 2 days went from 68% to 100% charge. No I didn't screw in to gazebo. I glued earth magnet (20lbs of strength max) in middle of bracket and it's solidly attached to the roof.. Have a 2nd camera and getting another panel. I am switch from Netgears Arlo cameras to this and It is HUGE difference. These solar panels are amazing. The cameras are amazing the app is amazing. With my old Netgear setup the solar would give me errors some times and not charge. I have no issues with these They charge rather fast also. Not sure why people say they are slow. Maybe they have the wrong settings or have not clue how to plug in a cable. These are cheap as hell. Most people say these are pricey. But I am comparing these to the Netgear ones I have and then are more then half the price. ... show more

Had to swap out my driveway camera battery almost weekly because it drained so quickly from all the detections. Installed yesterday when the battery was at 86% and less than a day later it's at 100%. Install was easy. Definitely worth the price.

    • Charges extremely slow
Bought two C425 cameras and two solar panels. Have had them both connected for a week. Started with them fully charged. Both cameras got about 6-7 hours of direct sunlight per day with only 2 cloudy days. The most they charged were 1%. Today 7 days later one camera is at 95% and the other is at 94%. At this rate I’ll still have to charge these cameras every 3 months so this solar panel is worthless. I was under the assumption this could charge the battery 5-10% per day under direct sunlight to keep it topped off. Apparently that is not the case. Would not recommend. ... show more
