Worked great right out of the box. Sound level is definitely higher than Monster earbuds. They’re not super loud at highest volume, however, it far exceeds my expectations at this price point. They fit snug above my ear canal & comfortably. The microphone along with the entire product is black, & not silver on the microphone as illustrated in the ad. The case has a charge level indicator that illuminates when opening & sets itself apart from other manufacturers. My left earbud will last for a good six hours listening to music & making phone calls, prior to switching over the right one. The power cord is 1/2 the length of competitors & too short, so it’s difficult to plug directly into an outlet without an extension cord. App options are confusing & cost money to get its full potential. Wish they designed one app to accommodate all needs. Tozo Tech Around You app will provide optional EQ sound settings. Headphones & Speaker Connect + app will offer some optional internet radio channels for free. Hope these last longer than 3-5 months as indicated on other reviews & still looking for how to register product. Amazon doesn’t offer an extended warranty, because they probably need to be valued double the cost. For a $20 item it deserves a full five stars, regardless of a few kinks, ... show more

These are fantastic, really a delightful change from the junk-quality build of many contemporary products. The sound quality is high, but they also allow you to hear the surrounding environment so you don't feel sealed off from reality. They are super comfortable to the point that I forget I'm wearing them, but also nice and secure. The charge lasts a really long time, and the charging case is well designed. I'm no stranger to the TOZO brand. I actually do have a pair or earbuds I sadly can't use anymore because they aren't comfortable and being a glasses wearer, full over the ear headphones were a no-go on the comfort scale seeing as while they sounded amazing, they applied too much pressure and it didn't help when I was trying to do a guided meditation or just get lost in good music. I decided on giving the open ear headphones a shot because while a family member suggested bone conducting earphones, they were too expensive. As I mentioned before I've purchased TOZO products before and was thoroughly please with the sound quality. The first pair in the picture (The black ones) I bought to use with my phone and after getting use to them, which took seconds, I was in love at first note. The sound quality is phenomenal! Having had my first pair for several months, I decided to get a second pair to use with my computer (pink pair) and I was not disappointed. They are super comfy even with my glasses. I don't feel like I have pebbles shoved in my ear like with the earbuds, and they are super light weight. If it weren't for the music playing, I seriously would forget I had them on.     • Best open ear headphones I've found so far!

Fantastic little headphones. I have to be able to hear whats going on around me at work but I need some background noise, and these are perfect for that. I've had them for a few weeks now and I love them. Pros: -Great quality sound, I've loved every pair of TOZO headphones I've gotten so far (3 or 4 different styles now). Crystal clear sound, no complaints -They're surprisingly comfy, I have it in my ear about 8 hours a night, 5 nights a week and it hasn't caused issues, no pinching or soreness in the one ear (for the most part) they're easily adjustable to different angles to get it just right. -This is the 4th pair of open ear headphones I've gotten and the 1st pair I can actually hear what's going on around me. The other pairs I can tell someone's trying to talk to me and take them off, but I can hear AND understand everyone with these on, which is the whole point. Neutral: -The battery lasts between 7 and 8 hours. I wear one at a time and switch it out during the last hour of my shift every night. Cons: -The case has about 2 full charges in it. Drained both headphones the first night (everything was fully charged) and the case was at 50% after charging. Not the worst but I usually don't have to charge other cases quite as often. If you have cartilage piercings, it WILL affect the comfort. When I wear one in the ear with a daith piercing, it does start to get sore after a couple hours and adjusting the jewelry out of the way only helps a little bit. Something to consider if you have a lot of piercings. All in all they're great and well worth the price. I haven't noticed any issues with the range, but I don't generally go very far from my phone to comment on it. I also had no trouble connecting them to any of my devices, its super simple. I only take one star off for the battery life. Its fine, but it could be better. ... show more

These earbuds are EXACTLY what I have been looking for! Typical earbuds will not stay in my ears and I am always losing them when they fall out. These fit around my ear snugly, but aren't heavy or uncomfortable like most over-the-ear earbuds. They are lightweight and I barely feel like I am wearing them. My favorite features are the crystal clear sound and being able to hear everything around me while still listening to music or podcasts. 100% would buy again! ... show more
