This reminds me of a telescope I got as a gift when I was a kid. Was probably the thing that got me into STEM before anything else. The telescope is pretty basic, with a small scope lens for nearby artifacts, and a larger telescope for farther artifacts like stars. It comes with a 20x, 30x and 40x set of lens, which you can adjust to see different things. It’s pretty small so won’t take up much space in the kids room. This does not work. There are no lenses on some of the parts and we weren’t t able to see a thing. If you are purchasing for a small child to play pretend with it would work great for that. Not for an older kid interested in space.
