Thank you so much to Stephanie from the Toy Choi support team for helping resolve a major problem. My daughter was gifted this doll for Christmas and just days later, the doll malfunctioned. It made the sucking sound continuously even after replacing batteries. Unfortunately, we were a few days outside of the Warranty period but Stephanie helped us by offering to replace the doll. The media could not be loaded. It's doesn't work right. It makes sucking sounds non stop. We had to take the batteries out. I bought this for my granddaughter Christmas. I bought it in October and I can't return it now.

The noises for the feet are hiccup and cry. The doll does not hiccup or cry. It makes almost like a singing noise. Also, the pacifier does not stay in the dolls mouth.
