Nice saddle pad, haven’t ridden in it yet… I have a short backed - mutton withered mustang who’s pretty petite…Pad looks true to size and I love how thick it is…this is a good cheaper alternative and in my opinion worth the buck….Has a nice “heft” to it, not super light but definitely not heavy at all…This is a good choice if you have a short backed large-med pony/horse, doubt it would fit a mini…Overall worth it for me, does the job fine. I use this pad for my Tennessee Walker and she seems to agree with the comfort! I find it extremely durable and properly sized for my saddle. I like the gray color as it matches my black saddle. Highly recommended!

Have had a difficult time finding saddle pads that don’t slide and provide proper cushioning this pad does both. Cut outs are ideal for breathability, It’s thick, durable and not as heat producing as you might think. Plan to order a couple more soon in the more vibrant colors.
