    • Heavy duty, black, not very flexible... working great so far!
Using this product in a hydroponic gardening set-up. I like it so far - been using for 6-8 months. It's much more stiff than thinner tubing (like clear poly hardware store stuff), so it won't kink, but also wont turn sharp corners ;) Not perfect but a good value, and there's not really many options ... It's spiral wrapped with a non-wire reinforcement, so it is possible for tears to occur along the spiral if the hose is stressed in just the wrong way. Since it's less flexible than common vinyl tubing, it is more difficult to fit onto fittings, and there is more chance that there is a leak, requiring the use of hose clamps in many cases. It is nearly impossible to 'stretch' this tubing to fit over a larger fitting.. even after warming up the end in hot water... I cut it with large tin snips.. ... show more

    • Pin holes /leaks everywhere...
I thought my two ponds actually had leaks, i was ready to dig one of them up. After all brand new hose should have no leaks. I disconnected the pond i wanted to dig up, removed all the hose and pump. It filled up from a rain storm and surprise, it held water. I started checking this hose, and found random drips from pinholes everywhere.. It's junk and not worth a penny... ... show more

    • Worked Perfect for Extended the Water Runoff in my Tonneau Cover
Definitely not the intended use, but I ended up using this to extend the tubing for water runoff with my BakFlip 2 tonneau cover for my Nissan Titan. This worked great, and the provided length was perfect. I cut it in half, the 3/4 inch fit perfectly over the tubing that came with the tonneau cover. I ran it down the side of the pickup bed, and out the back so nothing inside the bed ever gets wet. ... show more
