    • Bright, Awesome, but has a few flaws
I am giving this 5 starts but I do want to talk about a few opportunities with this. I bought the purple 360. I do not have the 36 to compare to. The color is more of a pink color up close. To viewers that are 50+ yards away see it as a light purple. Brightness levels do not affect this. I love the settings on the brightness levels and the timers. Both versions should have this feature though even though they do not. Shame. In this case you get what you pay for. The max brightness level after a full charge doesn't last long. Maybe 5-10 minutes before it starts to automatically dim itself down to the next level. Eventually it will Dim down to low setting and then flash when batter is to low. Honestly at night this wasnt an issue. At pitch dark the low setting was plenty. It is bright like others stated. We had at least an hour of play time before this was dead dead. We did start out on max brightness. So your mileage will vary. I can see it lasting much longer if you start out at a lower brightness setting and a shorter timer. Our timer was set to 30s. I did drop it to 8s. We had this at the beach. It flew very well with the wind, the weight was great and it did hit to Ocean Water a few times with no issues. We were quick to grab it though. Charge time was about an hour. Comes with a very very very short USB-C (Nice!) to USB-C Cable. I wish it was longer. The frisbee hangs off of the cable off of the wall outlet. Not the greatest but I dont see why you couldnt use a different cable if you have it. For the cost though it should be longer. At night the settings were easy to see with a little green light next to the setting. Easy to press the buttons. We found every now and then we would accidently push one of the buttons. Here is what I would like to see improve. On the edges you see all of the LEDs. This is cool but why not on the rim put a diffuse layer and sub multiple colors of LEDs. The diffuser ring would then carry the color better. A RGB version of this would be sick. I would also like to see a bigger battery in this thing. Figure how to distribute the weight and double down on the battery. Add the same settings to the 36 version one in regards to the timer if haven't already. Lastly, I see the responses but continue to work on a RGB version. There are so many out there. This thing would be sick if it was. So to round this up... Is it worth the money? That depends on your application and what you need it for. It held up great with 4 people throwing it in sand and salt water. Bright and easy to see at night. Flies very well. Seems very strong. If you are going to use this on occasion then do not spend the money on this. Get one of the glow in the dark brands with the RGB. They are not as bright and durable, but really cool at night and they fly well. If you are an avid frisbee player / ultimate frisbee player I think you will enjoy this. ... show more

    • Bright and Accurate!
I play ultimate frisbee weekly using the 36 LED purple/blue version. We play for roughly an hour at a time and have had the two discs for a few months now. This disc feels even better than the regular ultimate frisbee discs, flies accurately, and is very visible. The disc has been beat up every week and barely shows any wear, it's been durable. The battery lasts long enough for the game, although I do have the extra in case a game goes long. I think we've only had to switch out once or twice, but was likely not fully charged at the start of the game. I've been so happy with the disc that I just ordered the 360 LED version. While I'm extremely happy with the 36 version, I would like the additional setting to keep the frisbee lit up for the full game instead of only while in flight. My only advice is to anyone playing in the cold - don't leave it in your car/out in the cold too long, it impacts the battery life. I wasn't aware of this and definitely left it in the car between games and we're noticing it dying very quickly now. ... show more

Love this item! It is so cool and my 8 year old grandson loves it too. He is always playing with balls and things to throw and I knew this would be a big hit. Not only did the kids love it, the adults I think took it over at our family gathering. It got tossed from person to person around the house. This disc is so light weight and harmless that sailing it around the house was no concern. Super fun outside too and in the dark. The neon lights are very vibrant. No turning it on or off, just send it like a frisbee and it lights up automatically. Definitely purchasing this again when I have a child to buy for!! ... show more
