USED TO suffer from horrible acid reflux, GERD and a multitude of other gut issues. So much so, that I carried antacid tabs in my car, purse and had bottles in the kitchen, bathroom, bedroom.     • It works
This product is great if you have any microbial overgrowth/candida. It helps reset digestion. It also works amazing if you have malabsorption and mineral deficiencies. It is very drying so I take it with a big spoonful of coconut oil or ghee. It works well in combination with this brands GI Revive.

    • Works for my mcas but...
Tributyrin helps with reactions of mcas. However if the product is rancid, or something has been altered in the production of the product I then have reactions to the tributyrin that make me feel like I'm dying. It lasts for 8 hours. I've tried three brands. This was the first brand that I didn't react to, but now that it smells and tastes rancid its a different story. I think I'll be taking a break from any butyrate. When I open the bottle or put a capsule in my mouth my entire body is screaming at me not to consume (only when the product has a smell). When I leave the cap off the bottle for an hour the smell of this supplement fills the room. I just left the house and could smell it on my clothes. ... show more

    • Healed My Gut!!!
I have been dealing with dysbiosis.....an imbalance of good/bad bacteria brought on by stress and who knows else since 2018. My functional medicine doc put me on this for 12 weeks and by December of 2020 I could not believe it. No rumbling stomach, no diarrhea just great bowel movements and I could tolerate caffeine again! Unfortunately it was short lived and a month later I experienced horrible stress which carried on and off throughout 2021. During intensely stressful times this didn't seem to help. I used it off and on and then went off trying my PMD's approach to healing which has not been successful.
