The media could not be loaded. Ordered 2 of these for our grandsons for Christmas, One package was damaged and the disc would not work or charge. Sent both back .... even though one did work we lost confidence in the product and decided to send both back, Two days later received an email from the company offering apologies and sent us another disc for free. This arrived within 4 days and worked perfectly! We are very pleased with how many options this disc has. We were very very impressed with this company and their correspondence with us.
