Purchased through Amazon Renewal program. Program says items look and perform like new. Product sold through approved resellers. Chromebook arrived very poorly packaged, certainly does not look new and did not come with a power supply so could not test operation of unit. I don't have time to chase down a power supply from the reseller. It's going back. ... show more

Product said looks like new. So wrong. Scratched is not renewed and was thinking it would come with charger. If I read refurbished and renewed I want zero scratches. And definitely want a power chord. And will not turn on

The operating system chromebook os us to old to update and many sites that I go to says the browser is out of date and can not be updated waste money
