This TV is excellent for the price. Great picture and lots of extras. The only problem I had was the supposed free delivery. The product was sold and supposedly delivered by Best Buy. I received a request to set up an appointment to deliver the TV. When that day cane, no TV. I ca!!ed Best Buy to see what was going on. I was informed they did not deliver to my town, which is Six miles from the town they do deliver too. I could pay and extra $45.00 to get it delivered in a week or so. This is not free delivery so my son drove 145 miles to get the TV and deliver it to us. I called Best Buy to complain, and got no where. This is unacceptable!! I will not buy another big item from Amazon.

Easy set up, really nice resolution. After about a week, I did experience a glitch where the screen started to flicker. I did a reset of it and with the software update I haven't had that issue since.

The media could not be loaded. I thought i was in the clear. I thought $200, MEH…. And it worked pretty good. But AMAZON, is BLOCKING, EVERY MOVIE I OWN… and making it CRAP, so ill RENT FROM THEM… with ONLY THE MOVIES I OWN… ill upload videos… im a developer, this isnt an accident, or a “random thing” that happens. Unless THEY ARE WATCHING WHAT WE OWN, for NO REASON AT ALL, well then WHY did your app, READ SO MUCH… in my files to operate… EXACTLY… DONT BY ALEXA/AMAZON(EVEN BY OTHER BRANDS… SMART OK, NOT ALEXA….) TV’s… BUY NON “ALEXA” so Amazon cant gatekeep your oen purchases and SUCK UP all your personal info…. THEY ARE NOT SAFE… all the 3rd party connections to apps that DONT WORK and cust service is only there to keep you from help… dont do it… Update: its ALSO seems to hang and is getting slower. And ill add a picture it keeps popping OPTIONS UP ON THE SCREEN YOU CANT GET OFF WHILE TRYING TO WATCH A BIG TV SCREEN… with “WATCH WITH XRAY” ligting up the entire length of the screen for HALF THE SHOW!!! And took tons of steps to NEVER find a way to remove it from the screen… KEEPS HAPPENING FFS!!! I am starting to HATE ANYTHING AMAZON/ALEXA.. my devices are the DUMBEST “SMART” devices its CRAZY…

THE GOOD: great picture, and the sound is excellent. The speech enhancement is almost as good as my Zevox when you set it on sports mode. THE BAD: It cuts off in the middle of programs and jumps to the sign-in page or just goes off. I have to reload it several times a day because I get sound and no picture or subtitles, or no sound and no picture. It seems to lose its programming for no reason. Much worse on HULU for some reason. This would occasionally happen with the firestick but not multiple times a day.

Price was right for what we received. Fairly easy to setup coming from years of using Roku TV only. Had to add our favorite channels/apps again, but that was fine. Visuals are great. Downside is that it is slow to start up. It also shuts down out of an app at random times.

while I'm not a TV expert and haven't compared this TV next to an OLED, for what its worth, quality has been great. Everyone at home loved it, streaming favorite series to rewatching favorite movies over again. Initial setup scared me as initial firmware update took much longer than expected, and no update progress was available once download was completed. Only thing that worked was the power button on the remote, restarted the TV, which took me back to update again, this time in less than 10 minutes update was done. Image processing does stay off after turning the TV off or unplugging it, I suppose the latest fw fixed this. Owning a 50" 4-Series FireTV prior to this made app setup fairly quick, logged in to account, all profiles, settings and apps were ready. Internal subwoofer does add a bit of bass but nothing serious, it's just a third speaker, so keep your expectations low. I already had an LG sound bar, so that is covered. Otherwise, sound clarity from TVs internal speakers is great. So good that I turned down all speakers on the soundbar and basically using it as the subwoofers transmitter. Optical output and TV speakers do work at the same time allowing this setup, haven't tried this with eARC. Another minor issue, which might just need a software update is the constant backlight changes while using youtube app. No video has to be playing, as long as YT app is running backlight level changes randomly when less than 4K content is playing.
